This man effortlessly encourages my Atheism.
Nicky Gumbel, your face and words shine with the presence of the Holy Spirit. It was this that led me to back to Christ at an Alpha course after years of Atheism and even following other faiths. It seems I became a follower of Christ at a really hard time in this world. I love how you have not sugarcoated the challenges and dangers we face as Christians but are still giving us much needed hope and strength. May God richly bless and reward you and HTB.
Powerful. Thank you for expressing these truths so clearly. It challenges me anew to find new ways to express the love of Jesus...how beautiful we could be - and thankfully often are - as a Church body. I love how you always seem to glow with enthusiasm for the Gospel!
Nicki, you bring hope by proclaiming the truth of God. Thank you. I am going through a deep valley of grief, having my parents and husband called Home by God within 3 months. God is with me but I don't feel him. Your sister in Christ in Canada.

Cathy, your loss is unimaginable. I am praying God comfort you and give you a purpose and will to carry on. He does love you, call out to Him, plead to Him and He will answer.

Exactly what I needed to hear! We're planning an Alpha weekend for our Alpha leaders in my church. We need a joint focus on what really matters. We need to remind us of our purpose, our calling and how we belong to Jesus and in His church that we build - every day! We will base the weekend on your opening talk at LC14. "I call you friends" Joh15:1-17 Thank you for this interview - you said so many important things. I will watch it again and again!
