Honestly, as great as this bunker looks, the knowledge of being underground without real windows, fresh outside air and sunshine just outside my window, and just being so isolated and confined would be enough to drive me mad. If a time comes when people have to take shelter in bunkers for years I’d probably just die outside, for two reasons: I can’t afford an underground bunker, and even if I could, I’d rather die than slowly go insane down there.

You dont want to live in a compound with strangers during a doomsday event. all it takes is for resources to get low or an argument for a majority of people to decide its time for you to go despite you paying for your place in the bunker.

The hidden question is that, in a real fallout how could the "management" stay normal without turning into some kind of wicked ruling group? How could this building not turning into a jungle?

TJ C You wouldn’t really have to stay in there for 2 years. You just wait for whatever you’re hiding from to go away (viruses, nukes, war, etc)

What if the power goes out? It looks like the elevator is the only way up and down, would you be stuck in your room indefinetly, in that case ?

My problem is the swimming pool alone is very high maintenance in comparison to everything else on top of that all that water underground is just asking for mold to form eventually if you don't keep up with cleaning and ventilation especially ventilation. So it's kind of gimmicky.

SnacksHD_YT IS OP the electricity and gas would run out after 2 - 3 years as mentioned in the video. After that, unless you're able to find more gas/oil and consistently maintain the air turbines, you pretty much have trapped yourself in a very dark and deep hole. Make a good social experiment. Set the shelter period for 120 years. Doors stay sealed until then. No one enters or leaves until the shelter period ends. Like in Fallout.

Actually he's winning by taking your money. You buy the bunker before the world ends. He gets paid, the world doesn't end. Even if it was going to end, he has insurance. His insurance is his bunker where he can live without paying 2.3mill. I'm pretty sure he has a bunker for himself in case he needs it, is what I'm saying

I'm pretty sure once the world's ending, he's not gonna put any bunker space up for sale cause money will be worthless. So you better buy before it happens

So just wondering at this point. If a doomsday occurs, what's keeping this guy from honoring his contract with the condo owners? What's stopping him from moving in all his friends and locking out all his customers ? This dude may even be selling multiple people the same condo. I got so many questions
