I really did have a interest in visiting Sri Lanka but it’s always been I’ll go there one of these days but after watching this series I’m going sooner as I was so excited about the country and it’s people . Thank you Paddy for showing us this beautiful country.

Come to Sri Lanka and get experience, it's rich culture, beautiful nature, most delicious foods , history,. It has sooo much to offer.

Sri Lanka wasn't on my bucket list until I watched your episodes. Thank you, Paddy, for making those wonderful videos.

This was such an amazing series Paddy. Took my first solo trip this year as a clueless 18 year old Brit to Sri Lanka and had an incredible time. That ending actually made me a bit emotional just reflecting on all the fun I had so thank you Paddy 🙏🇱🇰❤

Amazing series and drone shots! I was in Sri Lanka in 2010, when it wasn't popular with tourists. I regret not going to more places. I love seeing Sri Lanka through your eyes.. the natural scenery is unbeatable and the people and food are the best! Can't wait to see you in South America!

Christmas in Sri Lanka is 👍 great. You won’t regret it. Tropical 🌴 Christmas 🎄 . No ❄️ just lovely weather. Eat the festive food items. Hotels have big celebrations for tourists. Buddhists,Hindus,Muslims all join in the celebrations. 🙏🙏✝️🇬🇧🎄🎄🎄

December to April is the best time to visit south and central part of Sri Lanka, here are some recommendations for your Sri Lanka trip - Horton plains, temple of the tooth in kandy, kandy lake, Botanical Garden Kandy, Pinnawala elephant orphanage, Mādu river safari, Yala or Udawalawe national park, little adams peak, 9 arches bridge, ravana fall, Nuwara eliya, Castlereigh reservoir, sigiriya, pidurangala rock, traditional village tour in sigiriya including lake tour, dambulla cave temple, Gartmore falls, Bomburu waterfall, upper diyaluma falls, st.Claire fall, pahanthudawa falls, rathna falls, ramboda falls, gallefort, coconut tree hill mirissa, unawatuna beach, japanese peace pagoda, jungle beach, hiriketiya beach, dalawella beach, thalpe beach, Nuwara eliya to ella train ride, knuckles mountain range, pedro tea factory visit, Ambuluwawa tower, sinharaja rain forest, ancient ruins and temples in Polonnaruwa and Anuradhapura, meemure, white water rafting in Kithulgala, gangaramaya temple in colombo, etc.

Here are some recommendations for east part of Sri Lanka. Arugam bay,elephant rock in arugam bay, kumana national park, Pasikuda beach, Trincomalee, Marble beach, Pigeon island, dutch bay beach (great place for Scuba diving too), Uppuweli beach, Minneriya national park, Nilaveli beach, etc... Note: locations are mentioned randomly, plan your trip accordingly . Hope you will have a great time in my country ❤️

What a fine expedition! I love the Tuk Tuk. I'm looking forward to SA. I spent about 9 months wandering in part of South America in the 70s. Roads were rough. Busses and trains were my long-distance rides. I was often surprised at how large and varied the continent was.
