I think the hormonal changes associated with menopause may contribute to SI pain as well. I started having problems since the onset of menopause. The exercises recommended by B&B have helped tremendously. I have ordered Deborah's book as well and hope the techniques in there will help as well. I will also be able to help my patients with all of this info. Win win!

Me too. I just started getting pain in my lower back, pelvis a couple of months ago. To ke it seemed connected with my monthly cycle. At first I wondered if I had ovarian cysts but an ultra sound did not show any cysts. I'm on the internet every day educating myself. Thank you for sharing your experiences and knowledge.

So true about fearing the intruder in your body. I’m scared to walk too much or do any activities in fear of experiencing this pain again. Great video and very helpful in the sense that often women’s postpartum issues are overlooked. Thank you!

Thank you Bob, Brad and Deborah for all the information and stretches. After finding out what type of back injury I had with your tests. I know I have SI. I have been doing every exercise you have posted. Now after a month and a half of sever pain and doing the SI exercises I'm feeling much better. I'm an avid golfer and my problem was I've been putting 60% of weight at address on my trail right side for many years. So in the future I will be 50/50. Now I just have to wait until I feel comfortable to swing a club.

I’ve been suffering with these SI joint issues for years and was on Humira for a while. I love the B&B videos and I have just ordered Deborah’s 📖 … The only thing I would ask is that these videos be condensed more. I feel like there’s not enough advanced preparation and when you’re in a lot of pain you just want to get the bullet points.

Thank you! I have been waiting for this! I ordered Dr Riczo’s book, I’ve had it for a few days and have started the exercises. It definitely gives a good understanding of what is going on. I’m bringing this book to my physical therapist. The pain specialist I go to works with the therapist- they want me to get injections- I’m not sure that’s the best thing... or, wondering if it would actually help me deal with pain so I can exercise better to strengthen my core.

Good stuff. I’ve had SI pain for years and thought it was sciatica (self diagnosed). It flares up when I walk, especially if I’m fatigued already and my posture is poor. I usually lift my leg up and down, which sometimes helps. 😄 Thank you so much! I wish you had showed those exercises for longer than 2 seconds, though. 👍🏽👍🏽

Hip joint is hurting awful, too. Entire left leg is in one awful deep cramp feeling. I can't even sit on the toilet. At 39, this is miserable. No idea how I did it!!!!

Hi Clare. I have the exact symptoms all on my left. And part of it i believe comes from the sacrum. But i also have a mild bulge in the T 12 vertebrate. Probably when i help my mother in and out of the car. The sacrum pain started slow bout week before

Sorry Claire for the incomplete reply. This left sacrum pain progressed into the new year and has not gone entirely. Two days ago i gently slowly did the isometric exercises with Testerone nation on youtube and the pain was GONE. I walked around the house okay. But the next day it came back. Maybe its weakened the ligaments or it could come from my neck since I also have cervical stenosis. Do you still have pain? I'm praying you feel better. May Gods healing love and blessings bring you much happiness.

I’m going to get injections this week in my SI joints- I’ve had a hard time finding a doctor that even wants to treat it. The ortho Dr sent me to a spine Dr, who sent me to a pain management Dr, who has sent me to another pain management Dr. it’s frustrating to be in so much pain. PT seems to make it worse. I keep stretching and exercising to keep mobile- I agree that diet & stress really affect it.
