An Exorcist's Take on the Rise of the Demonic in the World - What We MUST do to survive it.

Fr. Chad Ripperger gives us his take on what he sees happening in the world today and why we are seeing such a rise in demonic activity, and what we MUST DO to survive it. Every day we can point to many great things in our world, but we also see the trials and tribulations, as well as the darkness that grows in the Church and throughout the world. We CAN find peace through strength, but we need to act NOW!

The seven promises given to St Bridget of Sweden for those who devote themselves to her Seven Sorrows.
1. I will grant peace to their families.
2. They will be enlightened about the Divine Mysteries.
3. I will console them in their pains, and I will accompany them in their work.
4. I will give them as much as they ask for as long as it does not oppose the adorable will of my Divine Son or the sanctification of their souls.
5. I will defend them in their spiritual battles with the infernal enemy and I will protect them at every instant of their lives.
6. I will visibly help them at the moment of their death-they will see the face of their mother.
7. I have obtained this grace from my divine Son, that those who propagate this devotion to my tears and dolors will be taken directly from this earthly life to eternal happiness, since all their sins will be forgiven and my Son and I will be their eternal consolation and joy.

The priests at our parish in the Pittsburgh area have been adding more and more reverence at the Masses in so many ways. We have restored the use of the patton as a form of reverence to the Eucharist. And more and more people are receiving on the tongue instead of hand, and more are kneeling to receive. Mass attendance is increasing, even at daily Mass. And I have noticed Confession lines increasing as well. I hope others are seeing this around the country in their parishes.

I a. 78 years old. A revert to the Catholic Church 13 years ago. Within the last 3-4 years have I come to accept the true presence of Christ in the Euchrist. Today, tears flow as the transubstantiation takes place. I can feel the Holt Spirit enter the Host. Out of respect for being intrue Communion with my God, I kneel and take Communion with my God on the tongue. I don't care how hard it is for me to kneel or get up. That is the least I can do to honor my God. All of the time I spent in other denominations, the lack of respect for Communion haunted me. I pray more can feel what I feel.

When I took my illegitimate baby to be baptized and the priest told me, he could not baptize this baby and go and find another church. Today, I believe, he meant different Catholic Church. At the time, I thought he meant a different religion. I went home and baptized my daughter. Through a TV Evangelist, I invited Christ into my heart. After that decision is when my life started to change. I am back in that same church with love in my heart today because I have confessed ALL of my sins and become repentant. By emptying myself of all of my shame, guilt, anger, resentments, and unforgiveness which has allowed the Holy Spirit to fill me with His love, which in turn allows me to love myself that now allows me to love others.

I grew up during the implementation of Vatican II and had a very poor formation. By the time I got to college I lost my faith and finally left the Church for over 30 years (I don't even know how many years to be honest). Around Divine Mercy Sunday in 2019 I had my own awakening and I ended up coming back to the Church. I was actually at a retreat with the Sisters of St. Faustina's Order on the Feast Day of St. Faustina on October 5, 2019, and went to Mass at the National Basilica of the Immaculate Conception in Washington, DC on October 6, 2019. I felt a great "shaking" occurring that weekend and it felt worldwide, not just within me. I now go to the Traditional Latin Mass and am so grateful that Our Lady brought me back to Her Son.

I am a 24 year old recently married considering what I’m going to do with my children regarding their schooling. Homeschool seems like the only option. Some Catholic grade schools in the area seem OK enough, but the high schools are absolutely no different from public schools. On one website, the image of their student section plastered as the banner showed everyone dressed immodestly-girls wearing sports bras and tight fitting short shorts and boys with their shirts off. And their motto was something along the lines of “making people of two worlds”. Last I checked there was only one world and it belonged to God. How lost we are. Lord have mercy on us.

We are fortunate at our church we have Adoration and Confession daily . Church is very quiet before and after Mass. It is Amazing and a "NO" church. Fr does not face the people. No Eucharistic ministers. 45 male alter servers. 8 seminarians. One main alter 2 side alters alter rail. Only organ music In a choir loft. In Fr Rippergers state! Our Parrish is so Blessed to have 2 young priests (under 45) make the Mass so scared.

As a convert (in the Chicago Archdiocese) , I kept hearing about the TLM, but I couldn't find it. Finally, I found it and was blown away. I have been following the TLM ever since. Sadly, I now have to go to the Archdiocese of Joliet where the FSSP rents a Catholic Church to pray the Mass through the TLM. The supernatural presence of the Lord is almost palpable....the beauty and grace lifts my soul and prayers.

I once heard a pastor from "Prosperity gospel churches" say; the book of Revelations was depressing and scaring the people and that it should be removed from the scriptures! This kinda pastors don't want people to live in reality and be prepared for tribulations that are definitely coming. That's why the millennials had a hard time coping with COVID compared to those born in the 90s, 80s, 70s etc. Millennials don't have a clue about the book of Revelations.

St. Faustina stated in her diary that on “December 17, [ 1936]. I have offered this day for priests. I have suffered more today than ever before, both interiorly and exteriorly. I did not know it was possible to suffer (211) so much in one day. I tried to make a Holy Hour, in the course of which my spirit had a taste of the bitterness of the Garden of Getsemane. I am fighting alone, supported by His arm, against all the difficulties that face me like unassailable walls. But I trust in the power of His name and I fear nothing.” Pope Francis was born on this very day. Coincidence?? I think not!

The supernatural Christ, Savior & Lord , has been shelved, along with spiritual art, devotions, heavenly music and spiritual sermons in favor of embracing the physical & psychological "well being" to keep humanity comfortable in their skin & sin. Its hard to see much difference between the Church & the World. Sacred Heart of Jesus, have mercy on us. 🙏

It has become so prevalent in the workforce how the lack of moral and ethics has taken over. Unprofessional is the norm now. I was told I couldn't wish a Happy Thanksgiving or Merry Christmas by a co-worker. I told my confessor about it and he said they are in darkness. To avoid them as much as possible. It's not always that easy. I have to walk into work everyday with the Armor of God on. Arrows come from nowhere. It's a Catholic Rehabilitation center and to have the kind of staff they hire is against the Flagship under the title of Mary. Corporations have infiltrated every business if God is not given first fruits. UPDATE- I have resigned from that job 2 days prior to my 90 days probation period. I don't want judge but I will say this. Since the first part of this post I have experienced much more darkness of the benevolent playing games in the office. The manipulation, deception, lies and deceit has just taken over. Even with the Armor there comes a time when I had to kick the dust from my feet and leave that place and I did that. The heaviness is now gone. I moved into a Masonic area in Illinois to be closer to my family and be a light in the darkness for them. The darkness out there so keep praying and stay in God's Grace and He will protect you.

I am a chaplain (not like military -- more like peer support -- but i am authorized to share my faith without fear of negative employment repercussions if i am able to help someone) at my job. For almost 3 years, I have been the only female in a workforce of 150 +/- men. I am a celibate trad cat woman, and my boys at work know not to mess with me regarding any naughty shenanigans. On that note, our agency recently hired some females... I am not naive, as I'm in my late 40s... I know our current culture idolizes fleshly pursuits. I love my boys, but I have been observing their behavior with these females, and it's beyond disappointing, disheartening, and nasty. Married men and women using each other for gratification. The others not actively participating are gossiping and detracting the others. It's awful. I had to send an email to the entire workforce to advise them to watch their behavior and conversations, as there may be repercussions. I have always known this stuff goes on, but it's blatant -- not hidden -- without shame or consideration for the value of the human person, or fear of God. I thought highly of some of these guys before, but now I am sorely disappointed. Our Lord has opened my eyes in a way I never expected. It is a reminder to pray, pray, pray. I suppose my point is that our culture has lost all respect for others, and it's spilling over into all aspects of public life.

SO the priest can extort money from your loved ones after your gone. is your pope saved? You realize he says Homosexuality is bless able right? do you think God likes homosexuals doing homosexual things, without fear of death? what do you think the homosexual thinks this blessing means? its not to bring them into repentance, but rather tells them Gods ok with them continuing in sin.. does that sound like something God would say? Mama, with all due respect, your religion is a anti-scriptural religion, and your tradition is only there to turn what's Holy into a MONEY cow for the one running the show....

Just my opinion of one idea. Want more reverance at the Mass? Get rid of Eucharistic ministers. Until people of my generation know (I'm 52), what the Priesthood is, that the hands of the Priest are consecrated and that the Priest is actually in Persona Chrisi at the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass, and what that really means, I see everything we do to bring reverance to the Mass is in vain.

At around the 23 min mark Father H brings up the loss of belief in the supernatural power of God. I have to say a lot of people have had very strange experiences of a supernatural nature in the last 4 to 5 years, which correlates to his 2019 citation. There is so much evil in the world and given that so many have come out of the shadows and admitted to being agents of evil that when you see supernatural power on the dark side, you’re also going to see it on the bright side, the side of Christ. The fact that evil has come out so fiercely seems to appear as if they know their time is short.

Daniel O'Connor has a perfect breakdown on the gift and it's a precursor to the 'Age of Peace;' Hence, it'll be impossible to reverse the Heresies present without that gift and the intercession of the Saints.

It is an ilusion to think you are holding your ground. You are not. Why? Because time is ticking. Time is a gift & we have to show a return on the investment to the author of life. Father Ripperger's comment relative to mankind also bringing about the chastisement, reminded me of the expression, "The greatest judgement God can give, is to let one have his own way." In that, we choose our destiny.....so we must ever live out, "I seek no other liberty, but that of being bound to Thee." As to the Mass, restore a true sense of adoration by returning the tabernacle to the center of the alter and making the Divine Presence the centrality of the Mass. Cultivate a living bond with the Lord and even if you go to Costco's after devotions, you take Him with you to others. s co

The youngest priest, an assistant parish priest, whose mass I am grateful to attend, is significantly more devout than any other priest I have experienced saying mass; and I am 74. This priest does not squeeze his weekday mass into 30 minutes; we have time to pray in silence after we have received Jesus for at least ten minutes without the disturbance of a choir; neither does the Consecration seem like "going through the motions" as he raises the host high and for half a minute; his sermons are intensely presented and there are no requests for the congregation to answer questions or clap in response. I love his unhurried masses that for me demonstrate his holiness.

Our parishes here in Long Island were already far gone by 1972-1973. The nuns and priests basically vanished 1968-1970. General morals and manners took a precipitous slide in society as a whole, 1970-1971. I was a child and was very aware of it, first at church, then at school and everywhere else except in my home. There, nothing changed at all.

Sounds like my life and time, it broke my heart, and it does to this day. Packed Masses, beautiful churches, most look pagan. I am in Australia, watched Mass in America with a Priest who spoke well and has his back to the people, also communion rails, it took me back to how lovely it truly used to be, not in Latin either, English. I don't remember Latin my brother did though.

This is exactly my experience in Queens. People seem to think it started in the 70s but not here. I was 7 in 68 and the Mass at my First Communion was in English. My mom was concerned my Communion may not be valid. My Communion prayerbook was so ugly and modernist I didn't want it. It decayed from there. Nuns were gone in a flash after that.

I agree with Fr. Heilman. Our new Paster uses a Patton, put kneelers down for those who want to kneel to receive communion. We say a Hail Marry before Mass ends, prayer to ST. Michael, more chants and adoration on every 2nd Sunday Mass… we even pray some Mass parts in Latin during advent and lent… He has been blasted by some in the congregation. Personally, I feel closer to God.. It feels more sacred. We have more and more receiving the Eucharist on the tongue while kneeling..Despite the complainers our Priest continues and I can see a change for the better.. thank you to all of you.

Just want to say something from my own experience. Born cradle Catholic in '71 and raised in Catholic grade school. Divorced parents, blah... blah. Anyway, last couple of years I told my mother that I was never taught all the good stuff like "the real presence" and so on. Feel like I had a birthright denied to me almost. She was surprised and tiffed. She really thought I had learned everything she did as a Catholic school girl back in the fifties. Just saying, a lot of us are actually learning now, gladly learning now. Just feel lost and stumbling along the way. In other words a lot t of people take for granted that other people know stuff when in point of fact they never learned it to begin with. However by God's grace we can and do, but late. But still...

@@lizzyb2732 The truth is our parents had no idea what was so cleverly hidden when the Mass changed. They were young and busy raising families. The mass went from Latin to English and the sermon was shorter, it appeared without much discussion as more easily understood., The Pope tryed to stop Communion in the hand, I learnt only 3 years ago during lockdown, but the bishops had already pushed it through most parishes. Removal of head covering was pushed as an equality issue, even though I have since learnt from the Bible that even the Angels cover their heads before the throne of God. I was taught about the true presence and made my first Holy Communion in 1964 reverantly on the tongue. The New Mass was not introduced till much later so if you are 71 you should have been taught Jesus was truly present in the Eucharist. I was taught by Nuns in habits and they were still wearing habits in 1973 when I left school. No-one was aware of the EVIL infiltrating the Church, we had no technology back then.
