Guys, guys. In the EXO/RV connection video, she stated that the prophecy was twisted. The twelve aren't the OT12: they're the 6 we see in Obsession and their clones, X-EXO. The new world is not a good one. If no members had left, we may have gotten a happy ending. If the members who left were of a different number, the company was less ambitious, or maybe if EXO was a _girl group_ (no military service), the story may have taken a completely different direction. SM seems to adapt the plot in correlation with real life complications. This means that not even the downer ending of Obsession is absolute. As Xiumin and D.O will return in December 2020 and January 2021 respectively and KrisTaoHan are on good terms again, they may provide Emergency Support™ and actually reverse the process. BONUS: I have a 4th gen small company girl group version of EXO called Magi Axis! OT12 is likely to be retained in this situation. Bit of a late reply but I saw a video of a possible theory of the fight being inside their minds with X-EXO. as the lyrics suggests it all happens at night. Plus the black flag on the album is similar to the one being held in Tao's fight during the lunar eclipse

She said that D.O was trying to help free them me laughing because 99.9 percent of the time he is done with them but also beautiful storyline

All I can say is EXO has the best story lines, they made the story line concept a trend and many followed. The story is not yet done mate, its just the beginning.

Exo needs to make a movie!!! And bring back ot12! T.T

I'm sorry but I see that there are several ideas that do not match here, such as important details: the comic is a memory that Baekhyun has, a mission that happens in 2015, even with the same Pathcod clothes . Also , Baekhyun was fighting with the SWAT agents next D.O at the jail box , maybe it's a bit difficult to see but he is there . So yeah , just focus on the details , the VCRs from concerts are very interesting, next time you should talk about them and try to make the theorys after the MV is realized cuz obsession lyrics shows that EXO and x-exo are in the same body ,they are one juts that sometimes x-exo takes the control . With that information you can explain many acts done in the past . Anyways , good job and very well explained especially debut era facts . If u want to know more details lemme know uwu ❤️

It could be that the baekhyun fighting with the swat/red force agents was the evil clone while the one fighting against the swat/red force agents. And a beakhyun tries to save the remaining members who were captured by opening the back of the van but somewhat failing to do so causing the members to be experimented on

u should put into consideration how xiumin is always near phones and ksoo is always in the high ground + near cctvs as he’s observing them. thought those are pretty crucial for the theory. also why ksoo didn’t glitch in tempo, it could be bc he’s the only one who didn’t drink the shot in love shot (he pours the liquid out) hence making him the real one in tempo, playing along with the clones. a lot can connect from there.

almost 2 years later and we did just have an eclips(e). no one does it like exo.

My guess about the overdose maze is that both Kai and Luhan reached the center first and the other ten members didn't but they eventually reached the center. But Luhan and Kris reached a alternate center. I know it sounds a bit off but a maze never ends and never begins. there will be always multiple ways to get in and out and I think that the maze is moving like the outro of Overdose we saw multiple mazes. my guess is that Luhan and Kris where in the same maze after all but they got stuck in a alternate center. It is also seen in a live vcr I think where we all see the members outside the maze but we see two members still in the maze.

I have to admit I really enjoyed your commentary on the connection of the albums. It makes a lot of sense to me

The glitching(tempo) and the emptying of red cube (love shot) by D.O, I noted that too but I didnt have suitable theory as to why this was shown but now it all makes sense. i know i'm late, but what is your thought on minseoks place in the story? it seems like his clone was the first one to be in exo. and in many mvs, he's near a (red) phone, what i interpret in him telling the red force what exo is up to. and i think baekhyun was the first one to notice, that's why he killed him in love shot. the flowers at the end maybe represent some sort of funeral for minseok

i feel like the reason why baekhyun comes back in tempo is mayb bcs HE found a way to swap him and his clone out which his why his clone is present in koko-bop, thats why the baekhyun in power gets his orb seperately and baekhyun manages to dodge getting asrrested and why he snitches... his image is protected but he didnt protect anyone elses cause he doesnt wanna b shady... maybe Baekhyun was being doubted by x-exo and thats why he broke them out in monster. Perhaps both Baekhyuns are trying to get as far as they can with their swaps ??? if anyone can find any other links pls lol

@Fromis Global TEAM i watch about theory that they think MAMA was planned to be at the end. Exo put out a tweet around the time "begging= end" so something similar. That way ot12 is there.

Thanks so much for making this video, Yeri. It is so fascinating. As a newer K-Pop fan and even newer EXO-L who is only about 2 weeks in, this not only caught me up on the happenings, but answered a burning question for me. To date, I have watched "Monster" the most. The song and the choreo just captivate me. As an Erigom, watching my beloved Kai dance in this video over and over again, is such a treat. So because I've watched it so many times the question was building as to why the content of the video didn't match the lyrics. The song tells of a desire to gain the love of another, even if that means forcing the way in a little at a time to the point of non-resistance. So I had no clue what all of the violence and captivity had to do with that. In fact, I was going to ask that question in the video's comment section. But now that I've watched this, I have a far better understanding of what's going on and as I rewatch videos that I've seen and watch for the first time, those that I haven't, I will pay better attention to the storyline. Because so far, it's been all about eyeballing the members in regards to physical appearances, dancing, and singing; not so much their roles in the ongoing saga. Thanks again! I don't know if it's connected but in Lotto the girl is running away from Wolf's I thought that it either was a trap for the real EXO (Wolf MV) or that they tried to get the girl before she could cooperate with X EXO (Wich they could have heard from D.O) but one of the Clones arrived before they could stop her or they did get to kidnap her that's why she was hanging from the ceiling and X EXO saved her in order to continue to release the tape. That could also be the reason why X-Baekhyun avoided the camera eventually not because he called the FBI but the real members. Idk if that makes sense or it's just me overthinking Anyway that what you said made really sense and made me less confused lol. So, the girl has a recording that D.O. took and is going to give it to the FBI to incriminate X EXO? Then, she was found out and was hanging from the ceiling (because of X EXO) but then Baekhyun is a good guy (but X EXO doesn't know that) and he rescues her and then rescues the clones, pretending to be on their side? That's the only confusing part.

im so happy i found this video! i was watching the mv for mmmh yesterday and i just thought what if kai is back on exo planet and then i started to think of what exo would do as a goodbye concept (hopefully in the FAR future) and i think it would be cool if they have a whole book or movie to explain everything that happened in their cinematic universe (they could either ask kris luhan and tao to come back just for this or explain them leaving as them going back to the planet early or something) and their goodbye is like them saying goodbye to the earth and going back to exo planet and rejoining the tree and being at peace with all of their missions/goals fulfilled :)

This really caught my eye, because of the book "Dr. Jekyll and Mr.Hyde". It’s quite the same thing in this book... it’s about a certain Dr.Jekyll who creates his own clone, this clone is his evil part called Mr. Hyde. Dr.Jekyll can transform himself into Mr.Hyde by taking a potion I think... Mr. Hyde tries to survive but for that he must possess his creator Dr.Jekyll completely so that he can’t transform into Dr. Jekyll anymore... I don’t know if it’s understandable but I’m sure at 100% that they based on this story:) Anyways I thought it would be interesting if I say what I found out and think so yeah. Wow, what an interpretation. I thought i knew all i needed to know about EXO: the members' names, their songs and MVs. But i had NO idea there was so much lore and the huge role it played in their performances. Guess i wasn't looking close enough. Regardless of any theory, the crazy storyline must also be a metaphor for their real-life experiences as a group (struggles, heartbreaks, separation but also victory). Makes me love EXO more.
