    Omg I have never thought of this. I usually work my mawashi standing and holding bar or wall. You just gave me a new exercise to train with. Osu!

    That’s actually a very good basic method of training 🙏 we still do that but it’s good to add more exercises, as you stated yourself “new” exercises. Oss! Warm wishes

    I'm beyong useless with these kicks, all I do is practice/train even at the near expense of everything else. I still can't get the hang of them 😪

    Please please please don’t give up 🙏👍 we too feel like this at times. Katsu sensei always says: “there must be a balance in all we do and that includes karate” You should take your off and do it relax. Please keep us updated. Our warm wishes

    One advise: Your eyes need to shift your body to train before the mouth opens to talk. The focus here is the hip and core.

    @@TopG20073 good evening! It’s just so awesome that we get to share with someone like you 👍🙏 we will ignore him, you are right! As for the exercise, if you can’t kick without putting hands on the ground don’t worry! You keep doing it with both hands then gradually try with one hand but all the time you must focus on the core and hips. Please keep updating us. Katsu sensei says relax the hips and focus on the core. Warm wishes.
