How did you find your property? Is the barn behind the chicken coop yours as well as sometimes these houses come with big barns. Love the new chickens they will be ok soon. Mine like garvo mix for a treat. 3 hens is enough for our medium garden. I love having our own chickens, such lovely pets and the eggs are just amazing.

We searched the internet and did a weeks worth of visits in one go. I think we were luck to find it though! We do have a big barn in front of our house (I will have to do a video to show everyone the layout!😊) Yes we love having chickens and love the eggs too! Thanks for watching!!

They are integrating really well, I'm hoping to move them in with the other chickens into the big house tonight!
If you don't have small children, I can't figure out why you'd put that makeshift fence right in front of the lake, which is one of the most beautiful main features ot the property? Adults usually don't need protection from falling into lakes 😂 Your rescued hens are happy in their newfound paradise! ❤️

Thanks for watching :) Children come and stay at the gite too so it would be too dangerous not to have the fence. Yes the chickens do seem to be very happy, they are really enjoying pecking at watermelon skins (to get the watermelon we can't get with a knife) and lots of other things I don't think they have ever tried before!
