Still haven’t watched and done that second version but just did the first one. What you are proposing is getting sicker and sicker ! I love it ! For me it is becoming like psychoanalysis, I don’t understand why everyone is not already out there doing out ! It is some of those unknown thing but in fact they are not hidden, one just has to be a little curious. Thank you so much again Alfons for the quality of what you are proposing, and it is for free, and free is getting so rare in our time.

Hi Alfons, I really enjoy this lesson, I feel like dancing Swan Lake in my living room afterwards, my arms and shoulders feel so much freer. 😄 I feel lighter and it was fun to discover the movement and explore, in this way thank you for this excellent class. 😃

Different way of moving. I did not enjoy leaving my left elbow on the ground. Bone shifting was unpleasant. I solve this by bringing my arm closer to my body.👍 I do hold a lot of tensions in my shoulders. I found these movements enjoyable. Thank you.👏

I really enjoy these insights into your thought process, and the philosophy behind feldenkrais, and how you implement it.

I am glad to have you back in my feed but I need to skip all the waffling because of time. Could you time stamp when you actually begin for those of us under such constraints. Thanks

It is time stamped 😅 depending on your viewing device you have various ways of accessing the timestamps. For your convenience the movement part starts at 4:15
