I suffered with anxiety as a teenager so I might understand a little of what you are going through. All I can offer is my own experience, and that is that it gets better as time passes and if you find a daily program that helps you find a little peace each day, you will get through and come out strong and thriving. Bro after school everything is forgotten. Everyone moves on and damn near every human looks back at school and thinks why did I worry so much, it was pointless to stress about. It's just a step everyone has to go thru. U got this, it's easy, I remember I made it so much harder by stressing about it. Trust yourself have confidence, your smarter than you think, you put that comment together like a 30 year old man. If u didn't tell me you were a teenager I would have never known. U went to the army after school then Iraq, I'm 39 now, and looking back at my life high school was prolly the easiest part of it, but at the time I thought it was the hardest, what I'm trying to say is that you got this, don't stress, pay attention and your smarter than u think, have fun, your gonna miss it after it's all done u promise. I wish I was smarter and a better writer to put this a way to make it make sense. I can't tho. But be yourself have fun and don't stress. You got this buddy. Have a good one, I'll drop a prayer for u tonight and remember have fun don't always take shit so serious. Goodnight bro. Sorry for the rant. Just trying to help.

Per your request, Stephen, I'd like to report that I listened to your video as I fell asleep. The last thing I remember was choosing my comfortable spaceship design and counting down from 10 to relax my arms and legs and all the muscles in my body. I believe that was near the beginning. So I'm 1 for 1. 100% success rate on falling asleep quickly with your videos.

I listen to your stories nightly! I have a story suggestion.. Its about an underground City thats cozy and warm and safe. Just a thought😊, i dont care if you read me your grocery list, id still be happy ❤❤

Greetings from USA. I started to listen to your stories shortly after I got pregnant. Now that I’m almost to my due date, it has gotten harder and harder to fall asleep and stay asleep. I never last too long after the meditation part of the stories. Thank you!

Appreciate your mellifluous voice and suggestive imagery! I didn't quite listen as intended; instead of sleeping, I was snipping dead blossoms and pulling weeds in my garden. Sometimes I lost focus on the words, but it didn't really matter-- what mattered was being lulled away from the day's stressors for a while, with the bonus of a guided, imaginative outlet. Loved the companion suggestions near the beginning - i "brought"my pet along 😊 - but a stranger might be someone interesting to include, too!

The background noise is very relaxing.

For years I have fallen asleep imagining traveling through space while listening to the music of Jonn Serrie. And now your soothing voice and comforting words are adding an extra layer of bliss to my fall asleep experience. Having the music (which is much like Serrie’s) on a continuous loop helps me fall asleep and stay asleep. Many thanks!! 🌛🌝🪐✨

What you do is wonderful. Having you in my ear as I take the normally dreaded plunge into attempted sleep is a god send. Normally my brain is still running a hundred miles per hour though when I listen to you, all my thoughts disappear . I then rest like a baby. I never get to really hear much of your stories though what I do listen to I love. Thank you for your assistance with my debilitating nightmare of no sleep. 🥰🙏

Hi Stephen. I have been using your channel for about 3 weeks and it has made such a difference in my sleep quality. I used to use the Clam app in the past, but your channel is working soooo much better for me. I love the relaxing bodywork at the beginning, the tone of your voice, the soft white noise, and of course the stories (but I don't remember much of them because I fall asleep so fast.) It usually takes me a lot of time to get out of my head and relax, but I am learning how to do so with your help. I can't thank you enough. Yours, a well-rested math professor 🥰

Stephen, congratulations! I’ve listened every night but haven’t heard a single story to the end - I’m fast asleep long before then.

I had a rough day at work and came home too tired to function. I found this video to listen to because I needed to hear someone encourage me. It didn't take long before I was crying my eyes out, and then, finally relaxed... And refreshed enough to get up and try to eat dinner. Thank you.

Love this, so relaxing! I got about 30 minutes in and my cat woke me up

Came back in the morning to tell you that I had the wildest Interstellar space traveling dream i ever had in a while.

Ok, a suggestion: perhaps there were predictions of wet weather, but you start by wandering around a Japanese garden, and it is quiet because people avoided the bad weather predictions… and as predicted it starts to rain, so you take shelter in the garden’s tea house, to enjoy some hot tea, and sit comfortably in solitude, with only the person who manages the tea house, who is happy to have the downtime and working diligently to clean the counter, dust, and sweep the wooden floor to tidy up. It is a casual process as there is no one to cater to.

Or perhaps, spending time on the beach with someone you care about. The water is cool, but the sun is hot. After enjoying time together, you find space together in the shade. A pleasant breeze let’s you two cool down. It almost even becomes a bit chilly at a point, but it’s perfect when you lie together cuddling with your loved one… feeling the cooling breeze wash over you, touching soft smooth skin of the one you love, no words are necessary, you can just drift off into a blissful nap, in a loving embrace.

I’ve listened to all kinds of these videos. This is the only one I woke up from surprised to find an actual smile on my face. I enjoyed listening, didn’t make it past the beginning. When I woke and it had ended, I backed it up about half way and went back to sleep to visions of beautiful planet scapes in my head. Pleasantly surprised at how well done this is. Great experience. Thank you.

Thanks for your relaxing story ! My happy place when I'm relaxing is in the mountain in winter while snowboarding. It is so peaceful to me to be outside in trees and snow and no city sound. And you could finish the story by the fire at the chalet at the end of the day. Would be so nice !
