Brown spots are ok in this bread,I use them and it turned out delicious
I have never made banana bread with cream cheese… I’ve used sour cream and / or instant pudding. I also put over ripe bananas in the freezer in anticipation of making this on a slower day.. i through them I. Bad spots and all. I always get comments on how good it is. I make 4-5 loaves at a time. Thanks!
