There are a couple bars in this song that I can think of off the top of my head that remind me of some very important verses in the W-O-G.
First Proverbs 24:16a it’s important to remember the grace of God that empowers us to rise again. I remember for the longest time I was overcome by the desire to watch porn. I would go a time without and then “fall” eventually. I haven’t watched porn for quite some time now because I decided to take the hand of God that was reaching to pick me back up, I was humble to admit I was in a fallen state.
God is there with us in our struggle and the each testing we have through the power of the Holy Spirit to use positive volition( response in the form of choice towards God and His truth) and overcome whatever is before us. He has provided a way for us to do this and He wouldn’t doom us to failure 1 cor 10:13
In our humility and acknowledgment of our need He is there always as the one who never leaves us Heb 13:5
