There's something abt the tarana that has made me always feel special everytime I heard it. As a kid my dad would play it to me often and I always loved it. It's funny how as I grew up I moved away and did not wanted to be a part of AMU. However, as luck would have it, I eneded up being at AMU and after being associated with the univ for more than two years now I can say this confidently that I wouldn't trade being at AMU with anything. Just love being a part of this prestigious University ❤️🇮🇳

it's been years since childhood hearing tarana but every time I got goosebumps at the time when lyrics came "jo abr yahan se uthega to the last"..... proud to be a part of Amu.

I can sacrifice my life for my Alma Mater. I always say, encore, whenever I get to listen my Alma Mater's anthem. Don't bask under the glory of past, instead innovate and invent something new which Aligarh Muslim University is known for. Alhamdo Lillah!!!

Indeed proud of being alumni of AMU which solidified the secular principles enshrined in the soil and culture of India and to uphold Indian Constitution given to us in it's current shape by Dr.B R Ambedkar on graduating from it. I also admire the maker and photography of this video covering almost all buildings and departments, variety of students and sports facilities AMU provides to enable it's students to flourish and make a mark in it.
