This is an absolute GOLD MINE. Brings me back to the days of my childhood. One of the earliest memories I have of train chasing was in the cab of an Amtrak F40 in Pontiac. Thank you for this!

Some of the OG Southern GP38-2’s now serve on my railroad here in Florida: NS 5571 and 5548. Both rebuilt with low hoods by NS, they now are owned by my railroad; FGAR. Both have been repainted in the FGAR paint, but retain their Southern/NS Horns. They are commonly separated from each other, with 5571 coming to my city: Pensacola, the most. Sister unit 5548 hardly comes.

@@DelayInBlockProductions it’s a wonderful road. We recently have taken delivery of two former FEC SD70M-2s. 105 and 107, though they hardly visit my home town of Pensacola.

Thank you for all the hard work you put into it. Amtrak locomotivenumbers are often limited to the numbers between 20 and 40!

Thank you for watching, that means a lot. The reason why the road numbers are between 20 and 40 is because locomotives no. 26 to 38 and 126 to 128 have ITCS equipment needed to run at "high speed" on the Amtrak-owned segment of the Michigan Line from Kalamazoo to Porter, Indiana. -Drayton

So cool to see 5076 in freight service. I live in Napa and seeing her pull passenger cars with all her logo removed and horn switched out is just depressing these days.

I am so curious, how do you capture the great aerial shots, drone, helicopter? In one sequence, the camera seemed to be ahead of the train as it was coming towards the camera and it seemed the camera was hovering feet away of the advancing engine. Awesome videography.

Hello, great video. Is it sloppy & careless to have so many unused rail ties stacked by the tracks? Is it possible that vandals can use them to derail trains?

Not complaining, but pointing out that newbies (like me) have no idea what "phase three" paint is. Is it a type of paint; is it a design; is this the third of how many phases? A brief explanation, the first time you use a term (that is unique to the subject) in a video, helps to bring the viewer along It's great to show off your technical knowledge by using all the technical terms and colloquialisms. Now take your videos to the next level; show off your technical skill by teaching as you talk. I did catch "... paint scheme" in this video. But in other videos you simply call it "phase three paint". "Pushing" I think I figured out; "push-pull run" (I think is what you said) I have no clue what kind of run is. Great videos. Now make them greater by teaching us as our show us.
