Amtrak 103 (P42DC) in Holyoke, MA with the Vermonter (I think?)
Apologies in advance for my hand being in the shot, it's been awhile since I've taped an Amtrak train. Not since late 2019, lol!
Funny that this was 103, too, as this class of engine was originally called the AMD-103.

That's what happens when you have so much spare time after work & have no ideas for Trainz. Sorry. :/

Nice Frank! Outta random curiosity, what’s your preference on Genesis locomotives (in general)?

Iconic, and amazing engines which helped shape Amtrak's modern image since 1993.

They have always been rather hated on by the more "old school" railfans, especially the guys who prefer the F40PH. They still get the job done day in and day out for the last 25-30 years and are still the backbone of the long-distance and many corridor routes. They earned their keep. I never particularly cared for current Phase V paint on them, just about every paint scheme they wore including the original Phase III and IV as well as all the special edition/heritage paints look much better IMO. They sound mean, still look modern, and can take a beating and keep going. Ill miss them when they are gone!
