Yes KPS Gill was a butcher of Punjab as he was responsible for killing more than 1.5 lakh innocent Sikhs in fake encounters by Punjab Police.

Jaswant Singh Khalra, who with years of research found out clothes and pics (as its a law to save clothes and click picks of unknown dead bodies before burning them) of nearly 25000 illegal killings by police including 2000 policemen out of them by Police itself ( its his research work and it was than put in front of UN and the Supreme Court of India.) When inquiry was made Punjab Police and Authorities openly said that they wont take part in it. When case was highlighted Adv.
