Sad to see Amrabat being misused all season and when finally given a proper chance takes it with both hands and is being considered for a departure when Mount is not even mentioned to depart. Smh

According to Transfermarkt, Amrabat only missed 6 games through injury, rest of the matches, Erik played his favourites. 15 mil euros in the current market is a steal. He's a proper cdm unlike Mctominay.

Why do y’all act like you know all the things at play for eth decisions? A player who came from a slow league to a fast league should be considered, Adapting? Fitness? Player cohesion? Injuries? Higher up persuasion? Amrabat is decent but they’re not robots. Things take time.

I think Amrabat is a good player when played in the holding midfielder position.

The reason I'd say keep Amrabat is because I know this incompetent football club and they don't replace players and we're broke If Amrabat leaves our midfield next season will be Bruno, Mount, Mainoo, McTominay + a new midfielder which isnt good enough.

Anything else will disrupt the balance. Rashford starting will mean bruno will be back to his Hollywood passes to play him in. We need to stay compact in the midfield and control the ball, and chances will come. Players have to make themselves available to receive the ball from onana, so he cuts out the long ball

McTominay is a genuine liability despite scoring in a few games this season and needs to leave. He is in the 6th percentile (as in bad, not good) for passes attempted per 90 minutes as a center midfielder, 12th percent for progressive passes, 19th percent for interceptions, and 43rd percent for pass completion. United are never going to dictate and control matches with a center midfielder with those terrible numbers. He is a center midfielder who actively hides from the ball, always passes backwards or sideways, has escaped criticism for years because of his “effort”, and abdicates his real responsibilities as a center midfielder in an effort to poach goals. He is a massive liability for United. And anyone who says “but he scores goals” does not understand the real all around role of a center midfielder.

And the games where he got his chances he fumbled it, until now… and when he fumbled it, he was nowhere near the quality of a top level club. If you recruit mid table players, you’re going to be a mid table club. He’s mediocre, they can put in a good performance. He doesn’t have the quality to be at the top. He’s a final product, not a potential that can become something great.
