O lovely to hear that Jerome. Yeah Amouages do macerate quite well.

It's an amazing fragrance blended to the finest for me. It kinda smells likes Vico Ayurvedic Cream imho and also the dabur toothpaste if you have tried em. But this got me compliments the first day I wore it 😄. Extremely high quality juice. I prefer this over interlude man

This is a very luxurious and fine middle-eastern scent. Something I imagine wearing in very special occasions. Amouage's blending is just next level. I recently tried Dia Man, which you reviewed a long time ago, and was amazed by how clean and relaxing it was. Thanks AC!

A must try for me, I love complex and unique fragrances which a lot of people overlook... A great review and I actually could smell the fragrance when you depicted it as lush greenery with a dry spice market and the body odor... Beautiful poetic description... Love it!!!

Another excellent video AC. The more times goes by the more I love this epic perfume. I don't get any cumin/BO on my skin. I've heard the women's version is even better - maybe you can review it?

Hi A.C.one of my top Amouage fragrances for sure , I gotta say I am lucky with cumin and it preforms as the perfumer intended on me ,so that’s a big plus lol😂,I never got a funny look nor negative comment from anyone in my company whilst wearing it ,therefore I can smugly say I enjoy cumin in fragrances and we do seem to get on with each other hahaha ,cheers buddy great to see ya hitting them reviews again ✌️🙏👍

Thank you Rohit, and yeah you are absolutely right. Our sense of smell and what we appreciate changes with time and season. Also, there are some combinations like animalic and spicy woody notes that we come appreciate more as we become more experienced.

Great review. Sad to hear about your longevity issues. My 'Made in Oman' bottle (2022 batch) gets me about 24 hours on skin -- and several days on clothes. The poor performance could be because (a) you have a UK batch, or (b) you're going nose blind to the scent.

Probably, most of my Amouages are UK made so maybe thats the reason they are not that beastly but I still enjoy them.

I applied it to the beach here in Cape Town 30 Degrees Celsius after a long swim and a shower after I got home few hours later the smell is still projecting from my skin

@@SmellsGoodfragrancereviews looks like I made a mistake. My Epic Man IS made in the UK (I had it mixed up with Black Iris)... it's a more recent batch (2020/2021)... and it is BEASTLY. Is there a chance you're going nose blind?

I really like Epic Man, but don't find it animalic, maybe a little leathery. IMO, it's Amouage's take on that Polo Green/Tsar concept.

Hello AC. I like this but, it does not like me. The mix with my body chemistry is less than stellar. I was hoping it would change over time. It hasn't. My 10 ml, sample still has quite a bit left. You can't win them all. Thanks for the video.
