Highly enjoyable. Those training had exposure to instructors who really do think about their karate.

you are supposed to use yer whole body --whats the big deal? he's no Enoeda or Kanazawa.. and what jka championship did he win? None.

Paul, you are absolutely right, he is no Enoeda nor Kanazawa as I was one of many followers in the past, went to Japan and competed in many world championships. Trust me when I say..." Steve Ubl Sensei is way, way better technically and in efficiency than those two masters". Sorry if it offends you.
