I am seriously considering on becoming a Montessori guide. I wanted to know and gain clarity on below so as gain perspective and if being Montessori guide is for 1. about the tantrums, misbehaving, aggression shown by children and my role in this situation. 2. as an observer how is it possible to observe 10 kids altogether? 3. As material are medium to impart information knowledge to the intellect of the child, and the outcomes of it are expected to be seen by parents and peers at time at a set time, if the information is not grasped by the child, how do I find balance between the need of child and expectations of others around me?
