Hi Paul. Had to watch. Then watch again to comment. This home is amazing. Beautiful elevation and view on entry. Love the bar/butlers pantry area. 1/2 bath right behind it. Kitchen is huge with an island and peninsula. Love the outdoor pool area with a door right by the rear bathroom in the back of the home. No tracking wet to the 1/2 bath in the front of the home. First floor primary and en-suite is amazing. Lovely curved staircase to the 2nd floor. Lovely first bedroom with en-suite. This home is 4500 sq feet. I think the 2nd floor 3rd bedroom and bathroom should’ve been it’s en-suite and a at least a 1/2 bath in the playroom. It’s even large enough for a full bath. Other than that, gorgeous home. After living in homes with high ceilings for a good portion of my life it would be very hard to go back to 9ft.

They are running 12 months in Winding Ridge.

Yes they do. Some builders don't put them on the models because people do stupid things when left alone in model homes.

Some model homes lock the patio doors but to me he showed enough .

i liked that model but it was so overpriced i had to pass on it
