Lyrics:
So many things I'm goin' through
So much that I wanna do
It startin' to become so clear to me
Tomorrow ain't really guaranteed
So many days I've thought of you
It's about time you knew the truth
Got to act quickly, you and I
We fall in love, so many reasons why
Why don't we (So why don't we), don't we
Why don't we, why don't we (Yeah)
Why don't we, why don't we fall in love (Why don't we fall in love)
(It's so many reason)
(It's the only thing that matters to me)
Why don't we fall in love
It takes such a load off to let you know
That you're the only one I never want to go
Think I never did know what to do
A love I never felt, now I feel for you

I don't know about y'all, but sometimes I feel the world took not just Amerie but the whole R&B genre for granted during this time. Sad we'll never get a golden era like this again. Hot beats, killer voices, dreamy settings & eye-catching wardrobe. Never be another period like the late 90s/early 2000s and it's sad...

This video is like a time capsule of what things looked and felt like then. Everyone in their late 30s to early 40s now were just coming of age at this time. The air was sweeter, the sun was brighter, girls were more playful and innocent and boys were down to play with us… it just hit at the right time with the right generation. May our teenagers and young adults come to feel days like this… for real. ❤️

@@ForGlory1 The innocencey in life has really been stripped.
So much LIFE and SOUL and COLOR in this video. The 90s & Early 2000s was the Golden/Silver age when the realms were touched by the Heavens(God). Life had a different Vibe to it back then and felt like you were in another Dimension like Heaven on Earth. Kids use to play outside, the Economy was good, no one hung out on social network sites, relationships were real, friends were real. People knew how to live. Now we live in the Dark Age. These days are truly missed...

Wow, you couldn't have said it better. I even find myself hiding behind a laptop now, updating my Facebook regularly, seldomly seeing friends. You pinpointed it. In this time I was wearing bright colours, the economy was good, and things were simply more social.
This song is a certified timeless classic.🔥🔥🔥🏆🏆🏆
This is when music was great back then, especially RnB. Goodness, I wish I can go back in time and re-live this
This is a anthem! This should be played the first day of summer everywhere! This is one song you never get tired of.One of the best songs of early 2000's!!!

Her debut ''All I Have" is still a classic. Don't have to skip a track
Back when something as simple as holding hands or a kiss meant so much. When people wasn’t afraid to show feelings and emotions. When the air and vibe was real and everything was genuine. I will always miss these days. Now it’s so distasteful and everyone is for themselves and how can they fool others to get what they want!

Summer around 1995-2005 we’re the best years of summer. She is so beautiful, energetic and inspiring. Her energy in this video is so nostalgic and so enjoyable. I could listen to this song everyday and over and over. This song is so beautiful and so relaxing. This song is giving me late 90’s and early 2000’s summer vibes.😘😘❤️❤️

I remember living in the Bronx and this blasting in the clothing stores in Fordham road and me shopping for clothes for my vacation to mx and just enjoying this song being so youthful and just singing to this song and the sun shining on my face and being so fucking humid. I wish I were in this place in this era..
This song, couldn't afford to go to college so I would hang out at a friend's CD store, just helping out listening to good music which helped take me out of the darkness of depression. Some of these artists will never know what their music has done for us nor how much it means to us.
