It should be said that Karen's are prevalent "in the media RIGHT NOW". Thats more accurate. Next week it will be something else. I've encountered countless women just this year alone - all very nice. No Karen's. In fact, I have only met a Karen once or twice in my life and that was years before they ever started showing up on KZread. Though you're entitled to your anti-American sentiments (because certainly America has not always been perfect), I think you would find that most Americans just want to be able to go to work everyday and raise their families with as little trouble as possible. And that's what they do, (by the hundreds of millions): they get up, they go to work, they raise their kids, they never make it on the news, and God willing, they die peacefully surrounded by loved ones. Karen's are a vast minority despite your perception to the contrary.

hi, those are backgrounds you can use in zoom or the like rather than show your home, they protect your privacy.

I’m so tired of the “Karens” like where are the Martha’s ( Martha Stewart) women honestly it’s very a big eye opener they are being caught & exposed & yes the behavior of these women always have existed never ever been caught until now, but I would love to see the supporting uplifting women, 🙏🏾

Carol Grier No... the Karen phenomenon started in the US, and has spread to Australia. Same with the idiocy of ‘sovereign citizens’ and ‘refusing to consent’ to fines and penalties from the government. It started in the US about 5-10 years ago. It’s appearance in Australia is a more recent thing.

To Meghan McCain, I've worked in Retail for almost 20 years. A "Karen" throwing a tantrum because she was told not to do something? Oh, please. For some stores, that's Thursday girl. 🤣🤣🤣

There's no obsession, just a depiction of what African American's have to contend with on a daily basis from racists. Thank God for the cell phone where these atrocities can be caputured and shown to the world.

My mom's name is Karen, also the name of my grandma daughter and cousin, and she loves watching Karen videos on KZread and reading Karen stories on Reddit. We watch them together and laugh our asses off. It's a family tradition to name the first born daughter Karen.

When Whoopi started talking about this subject. I wonder if most people looked directly at Meghan for her reaction.?😁

She refused to acknowledge why they were actually Karens. Karens are a mentality. They have been deemed to be the damsel in distress so they play on that and try to manipulate people and or situations because they know that people see them through the gaze innocence and fragility.

To call it a wash and say “all sorts of people are rude” is a missed opportunity to address the horrible, long-standing trend of Karens to weaponize the police for whatever reason they wanted to. Someone being rude is one thing. Calling the cops on black people too often leads to deadly consequences. Sonny is the only one who really touched on that and I’m so glad she’s there.

It isn’t fair to pile on Meghan. Sure, the political positions she takes are often utterly ridiculous, but as someone has to represent such positions on the View, Meghan has been good at doing that. She is articulate and does her homework insofar as anyone on the right does any thinking. That her father was Sen. McCain has given her a thorough education in the workings of politics - much more knowledge than most regular Janes have at her age.

I am filipina here in Spain and i wath it everyday.. it s like a reality show i have to keep following.

Had the cops called on me last year in a community garden for throwing rotten produce away. No joke, I started laughing in disbelief. The officer said they had no choice but to respond .

We all know Meghan would be a Karen if her family wasn’t well known or on the view! That’s facts!
