Are there one-stop legal offices that can accommodate all of one's needs; visa, residency/citizenship, property law, tax law, power of attorney (stand-in) representation, and others, and if yes, are there firms that cover ALL of France or is there a website that's good to reference firms that are more location-specific? Many things can get overwhelming for some, and as I understand it, French bureaucracy can be a little difficult with paperwork and paperwork requirements and for some of us, it may be more advantageous if there were legal firms that could accommodate us in some capacity.

You will need a long stay visa and provide proofs you can sustain your everyday life for the duration of your stay. The base income / resources you need is, as of today, around 1200€ a month.

This is bad advice. If you keep a loan on your US house and sell it later, you have to pay capital gains on it in France. Get some tax advice from a pro, not a real estate agent.

Italy just seems so much better than France to me. France needs to clean up their act and be more expat/tax friendly 🤷‍♂.
