In all my travels around the world, believe it or not, I fell in love with Croatia, for all the reasons you mentioned already and for many many more. I saw a lot of the country and the people are amazing. As a complete stranger I was invited into peoples homes and had a Croatian feast. The other most important factor is that Croatia is one of the top safest countries in the world. If you want to bring your children up in a safe country, Croatia is it.

I appreciate your effort to speak Croatian. It's really nice. For easier reading/pronunciation you could see this video kzread.info/dash/bejne/pI6Wy6yThqnYpNo.html Everithing is explained in that video, but again, the most important rule: The letter you see in Croatian is always pronounced in the same way. For example letter G is always G like in Gloria and never G like in Gina. C (without scribble above it) is always Ts like Tsar (or german Z in Zimmer), J is always Y (like in yes) and never J (like John). In one of previous videos you had two types of eggs for breakfast. Eggs are jaja witch you can pronounce like yaya. Kajgana you can pronounce like Kuy (like guy with a first letter k) + ghana (like an African state).

As someone have said, you should definitely go to se Zagreb's "Gornji Grad" (eng. Upper Town), the oldest part of the city from the medieval times. There you'll find amazing medieval St. Marks church with colourful rooftop tiles, only remaining medieval towns gates "Kamenita vrata" (eng. Stone gate) with little shrine devoted to the Blessed Mother of Christ, many charming small streets, Lotrščak tower, great vistas, cool Museum of the broken relationships... There's cool way to visit this part of the city by the world's shortest running funicular, known as "Uspinjača" in Croatian. You haven't actually seen Zagreb if you haven't visited some of the numerous museums and galeries (Ethnographic museum, Archeological museum, Museum of the arts and crafts, Mimara...). You should also visit majestic Mirogoj cemetary with grandiose 19th century architecture, huge Maksimir park across the Dinamo Zagreb stadium, Jarun lakes recreational area at the southwest part of the city. There's even valuable places of tourist interest at the other side of the city of Zagreb, in the "Novi Zagreb" (eng. New Zagreb) suburbs with the very interesting modernist building of the Museum of Contemporary art with the huge and very valuable collection of modern art! And if you're not up to it, there's two major shopping centers, Avenue Mall and huge Arena center where you'll also find very interesting modern architecture with the Arena Zagreb multi-purpose indoor arena! Ps. If you're puzzled with considerably high number of scaffolding in the city center this is the consequence of the very strong recent earthquake from the March 22, 2020. Many old buildings from the old center suffered a lot,...

It's always cool to see people visiting and vlogging about Zagreb, it allows us "local people" to see it through your eyes and appreciate the sights, culture, history, people and food more. BTW, I think you might have made an error when converting the price of the "meksička rolica" to USD, I would reckon it costs a bit more than 1 buck, not 15 cents, definitely. It might be cheaper here than in the States, but not by THAT much. ;)
