On that subject of how Westerners behave towards Russians since 2022... My Russian (from Kerch, Crimea) wife and I were living in the UK and building a house in Kerch when the special military operation started. She had been working in a hospice for 10 years, and was highly respected (by most). When it all started, she was called names and treated so badly that she couldn't live there any longer. I lost friends and worst of all, family over it. Even my own mother wouldn't speak to my wife! We decided to sell our house and move to Crimea a lot earlier than we planned. At the time, our house here in Kerch was only a foundation, so we are living in a run down cottage on the property until it's completed enough to move in. Please don't feel sorry for us. It was the best move we could have done! I'm treated with nothing but respect here, even though I'm from an "unfriendly country".

As a Canadian I too was watching what was going on in Ukraine long before Russia stepped up to try and stop what was happening along their shared boarder. History will prove Russia was right to intervene where others including NATO failed to act to instill peace. Instead they continue to provoke and promote Ukraine's demise with no remorse. A real shame I hope will be corrected in 2024.!

I very much welcome and appreciate those foreigners who choose Russia as their new homeland, support Russia and understand the whole reason for the events taking place. But it also saddens me that some people still have naive ideas that someone like France, Germany or the US can be trusted to find a peaceful solution and negotiate peacefully. The Minsk agreements and the subsequent stated purpose of these agreements... stated by none other than the leaders of the above-mentioned countries, showed the true face and true intentions of the Western "progressive" world. We tried to use words as much as possible, but it turned out that these “democratic” “partners” from the West only understand the language of force.

Man don't be naive, all countries have interests and fight to be at the top and this applies to Russia, China not only the west. So what you're describing is just the reality. Now where it becomes to be nasty is when the West pretends to fight for democracy or human rights values whereas the true reason is geostrategic, that is hypocrisy and I really hate it. In this particular case, France is fighting against its interest and for the US interests which is disgusting cause it shows we now only have puppets running our countries.

Absolutely not america would do the same thing. furthermore the atrocities being done in this war Made me turn away from Ukraine watching Ukraine drone footage drop a grenade on an unarmed Russian. It's been done by both sides but I see a lot of nasty footage from Ukraine. it's not even about I want them to win and I want Ukraine to lose. I think it's important that the Ukrainian people understand it's time to talk peace. when I heard the rhetoric coming from Vladimir Zelinsky talking about to the very last ukrainian I had to stop and think wow that's pretty insane he is willing to let his entire population die to not let Russia take over when he said that I instantly knew I was done with Zelinsky. I still support the United States of course that's my country It sad to me watching this Democrat Administration double down againts putin like he is hitler I'm extremely disappointed with Congress especially Mike Johnson cowering to the White House and finally signing it. you can try to change the wordage all you want Loan Aid whatever Ukraine can't pay that back if they lose. Also the money that the United States of America has stolen from Russia And is using the interest to give to Ukraine america will have to pay back every single penny to Russia. I do not see Russia going past Ukraine russia has no intentions to fight NATO. that's my understanding of the situation of course I could be wrong this is only my outlook everyone has an opinion. One thing I would like to add I think it's funny about the International Criminal Court they issued in arrest warrant for Vladimir Putin in the United States media touted that story like it was end game. Looking at all this equipment and the countries that are fighting us with the wrong hands, it becomes clear what kind of collective West our president was talking about.

As an expat South African I was also surprised to see South African equipment in Ukraine. I think it came via Israel.Would like to see some comments but as the saying goes all is fair in love and war.The German company Rhein Metal has factories in South Africa and they might have sold this vehicles to the Ukrainians.But the SA government should have blocked them from doing so ,but one can expect anything from that government. Hate to say it , but it is the truth.🇿🇦🇦🇺🇬🇪🇷🇺🇷🇺

unfortunately, this is not entirely true. This is a weapon - and like any weapon it kills our soldiers, and what is even worse - civilians. But yes, our men destroy these enemy weapons, like any other. And in movies they always exaggerate everything.

Not everything is so simple with Yeltsin. There was a group of traitors who broke up the Alliance... America’s stupidity is that it ...provokes a nuclear conflict by dragging Europe into it. Common sense says we cannot fight against all of Europe by conventional means. So we will HAVE to engage the nuclear triad - that’s what Putin has SAID MANY times.
