This annual movement event brings together parkour practitioners from all over the continent to participate in 2+ days of training, workshops, and challenges- led by experienced guest coaches from around the world. Participants come with a wide variety of skill levels and athletic backgrounds to share a common love of movement and share a strong, vibrant, and diverse community.
