Whats the speciality of this match is you haven't noticed india is 9 wickets down. Which means it's India's last wicket if dhoni gets out india loses and also he can't take a single coz the other batsman is not a good batsman since he's a bowler so the chances of him getting out is high. So dhoni had to deal with sixes and fours without getting out. It's lot of pressure that too in a finals. but he always delivers under pressure.

But as always, if there was no Dhoni , no world cup for India that day . Dhoni played under pressure. Only a few could do that. Why are you crying now? Gambhir was under pressure and when Dhoni came in India was in comfortable position and Yuvi was in red hot form. Yuvi could have played the same innings. If he were expecting yorkers, he would stand deeper (towards the stumps) to give himself more time is what the commentator is saying. So basically he's still staying forward and backing himself. Pakistan are notorious for slow bowling at the end of a match, however with 1 over (6 balls) and 15 runs required they can reset the field every ball. If MSD had gotten out then Pakistan would have won. The reason for resetting the field is so the bowler can pitch in a different place. So you bowl to make an on side shot easier but have the on side loaded with players to catch it. Personally I would pick a strategy and play it. For at least 3 balls .
