American Reacts to Flower of Scotland - Scottish National Anthem

In this video I react to the Flower of Scotland which happens to be the unofficial Scottish National Anthem. I absolutely loved hearing the bagpipes start and then the crowd started singing what appeared to be some very powerful words.
It was beautiful to see the Scottish people being so patriotic, with faces painted with the flag of Scotland and even the kids knowing the anthem. It was nice to watch as everyone sang the Flower of Scotland at the top of their lungs.
This was an awesome anthem that showed me a glimpse of the pride the Scottish people have toward their nation. I look forward to checking out other videos like this moving forward.
Thanks for watching. If you enjoyed this reaction please give this video a thumbs up, share your thoughts in the comments and click the subscribe button to follow my journey to learn about my British and Irish ancestry.

Flower Of Scotland is a song that proves the old Scottish proverb of "forgive your enemy, but remember the bastards name" We will leave the past behind us where it belongs, but we will stand up and fight if needed hence the motto of Scotland Nemo Me Impune Lacessit which means "no one attacks me with impunity"(or in modern parlance "Fuck About and Find Out😂) thankfully with the odd bawbag being an exception we Scots get on with everyone.

I'm not a historian but for me the Flower of Scotland means it's people who fought for it's freedom. Although the word flower is singular I interpret it as for example like the "cream of the crop". Therefore the flower of Scotland for me reperesents collectively the many patriots who died for Scotland . The song references a battle with Edward king of England in which Edward was defeated which can only be Bannockburn when Edward II was defeated by Robert the Bruce
