We do not know for sure. But I can say Poland is not like Italy, because I've been in both countries.

I heard, that’s a terrible situation

The broken escalator at Uni Stuttgart...it's been 4 years now today! and the black house has been torn down...sadly.

I am german, and i havent seen half of those things,.. although there are alot that look great.

Yeah about the elevator going trough the aquarium ! Hate to break it to you guys overseas but that one broke to pieces ! And its not going to be repaired like ever! Happend over night which was why there were no serious casuallitys other than of course most of the fishes ! It was a big deal and was even in the local news! Aparently there was some kind of fault in the material!

Meanwhile the aquarium Exploded and the tampons have 7% sales tax now.

7:44 This aquarium burst at the beginning of 2023. The fish were lying on the road and could not be saved. People were not harmed.

10:11 "It is almost Christmas, I am craving a good snow" Me too. I can't remember the last time we had a white Christmas. Maybe it's different in the south of Germany. P.S.: Looks like my memory is very bad. Just looked it up and it was in 2010.

Ours was technically last year but it was more an ice storm and i was sicker than a dog so I didn't get to enjoy it, before that i honestly couldnt tell you when it was!

Just a detail, the 10 EUR for a ride with the ambulance is after insurance payments. A few years ago I got the invoice for an ambulance transport which amounted to 500 EUR. Later this payment was reimbursed by my health insurance.

Supermarkets put them up right at the beginning of Covid before it was known you can't catch it by touching something. They removed them later on probably because almost nobody used them - I never did and never saw somebody using them.

Side note to 6:07: That blimp hall is old but not like wwI old ! I think only two decades ago around the year 2000 there was a project for a modern blimp called`` Cargolifter`` ! The project as the name suggested aimed to build modern blimp that could carry various load like container and stuff ! The whole thing ended (as far as i can recall) when it became public that it was a sceam for the most part , anyway the couldn t pay when they had to and was the end of it ! However they did build a demonstrator ballon who could carry a tank to prove the concept as well as the blimp hall (which actually helds some kind of record which i can t remember right now )! The blimp hall has empty for years before it was repurposed like you see in the video! Despite that the idea of a cargo carrying blimp is still not dead, as there are several companies trying to create one! Just not german ones mind you!😅

I can't remember someone saying the Cargolifter project was a scam, but it sure was miscalculated. It's a shame they had to shut down. Image how great that would have been, Germany building a new, modern, high-tech Zeppelin! I had hoped the government would step in and save the whole thing. I mean, they subsidize dinosaur industries, save bankrupt banks, why, for a change, don't they invest in something innovative?

At the moment no snow in sight here in Germany! It's 9° Celsius (48.2° Fahrenheit) outside, a lots of rain (and overfloodings in some areas). Unfortunately climate change makes "White Christmas" increasingly less likely

These Cleaning boxes have most disappeared by now, because COVID has more or less entered the general poll of sickness, maybe even displacing one of the form common ones.

Snow is rare at Christmas in Germany. You have to go either to the Harz region in Thuringia or up to the Alps. This year Munich got heavy snow at the start of December, but it is all molten by now. In the 70s, we had already a great amount of snow in November and always had snow in December all over Germany. That "Winter-Wonderland" disappeared slowly in the 90s. Thinking back my full-filled childhood making me feel old now. 😆

@@kimyang8492 I can remember only one snowy Christmas from my own childhood in the mid and late 70s - which I hated because it was my job to do the snow shoveling at Christmas. Location: southwestern Germany, altitude 450m. There was more snow in the first half of December, yes, but around Christmas we got nearly every year weather conditions to warm for snow - and if it was cold, it was mostly a dry cold with clear weather. Not as often as much rain as we have nowadays at Christmas, at least what I can remember.

@@MichaEl-rh1kv I come from the north, Lower Saxony - Niedersachsen. You can speak German to me. 😊 We always had snow starting in November. Miss that time growing up in the 70s and 80s.

Every city has to offer a few places for homeless people to sleep in. Depending from the number of inhabitants of the city. But some homeless people dont like this city houses. And is only for one night. But every city has goverment organisation that make offers for homeless people to get in steady homes , get help when drug problem and get work. But that is a problem in ecery city. And, private opinion works better in little citys. So such litte opportunitys might be better work in bigger cities.

Unfortunately the Aquadom in Berlin broke in december 2022 😕

Hio i drive by the cherryblossoms in Bonn with my bike somtimes. realy beautifull (but cleaning might be a bit hard becaurse MANNY leaves when blooming).

Myth Bust form Germany: 7.33 pong is afaik just photoshoped, 7.42 the aquarium bursted in 2021 (made in USA ;) google Hotel Dom Aquarée. pretty messy). 8.07 puke sinks? never heard of, never seen, 8.51 not common i guess cause of covid, hopefully the shop cleans them after store is closed ^^, 12.18 spagetti ice normally is vanilla ice so yellow not green. You can imagine what homeless pods look like and smell after a week, more like toilet, prostitues and drug pods.

Not really typical for Germany. More like exceptions. Go to Germany and see by yourself.

at 10:48 at the time of posting this it is about 11 USdollar. But I am wondering why he/she/it had to pay the ambulance because normally it would have been paid by the health incurance you must have as a german citizen. Or it is because the person has a private health insurance

With a privat insurance it's way more expensive. With a "normal" insurance, you have to pay 10€ for the ambulance and 10€ per day at the hospital

The Women Only parking spaces are listed here as a safety measure for women. This is just a fake reason not to discriminate against women. The real reason is, and this is really the truth, women's parking spaces are larger in terms of area. You can also see this somewhat in the photo. I don't need to say the reason for this, do I?

I do have a question.Why do Americans think Germans have no Humor. Is there a story behind ? I know i don´t have but maybe i am not every german.

Almost everything that is shown only exists once, is as unique here in Germany as in any other country. i dont feel anything special about it - crazy people or art installations are everywhere on the planet
