American Ranchers Raise And Process Millions Of Horses This Way - Farming Documentary

The consumption of horse meat is generally taboo, and the sale of horse meat for human consumption is currently not permitted in the U.S. There have been legislative measures over the years aimed at both banning and allowing the processing of horses for meat, reflecting a significant divide in public opinion and regulatory approaches.

But it’s accepted to put unwanted horses on trucks to Canada and Mexico, much further than when there were horse packing plants here? Especially to Mexico where in inhumane is a gift compared to how they’re handled until finally slaughtered.. The worst thing ever for horses here was when horse slaughter was banned here, use some common sense in your emotional outcries .
