Yeah, Dudikoff was looking like he was going to become a big deal in the action movie world. I think the arrival of VanDamme and Seagal (around the same time) killed off his chances. Once those two blew up, Dudikoff sort of faded away. He still acted, but very low-profile roles.

I know this is a stretch but does anyone know if there's a way to mute the vocals in an audio track using a program so that only music can be heard? I really enjoy the music that starts at 0:15. Unfortunately, it is not on the official soundtrack that was released a few decades ago. I was able to use a program called audacity to record the music from KZread and edit in such a way that the music is more pronounced while the vocals can be faintly heard in the background. I wasn't able to eliminate the vocals completely. I wonder why the music that plays at 0:15 wasn't included on the soundtrack. It was the track that played the most throughout the movie.

No need to respond negatively, I'm not saying this to be provocative at all. I'm truly unaware and am hesitant to make an assumption, especially in this day and age.

Okay! How about this? A shared Universe consisting of 2009's NINJA ASSASSIN and a reboot of AMERICAN NINJA!😃 - AMERICAN NINJA REBOOT - So! It turns out that Lord Ozunu (Sho Kosugi) , the brutal sensei from NA, several decades earlier, secretly took in, raised and trained a young orphaned American child. The young man then went off to live in the States and joined the US Army becoming a Ranger. Meanwhile , Raizo from NA has also made his way to America. Of course he and Joe eventually meet, where Raizo breaks the news that, he uhh...killed their sensei. The news enrages Joe and he and Raizo have one of those settling-of-differences. The reason for Joe's anger is that Ozunu was practically a different person when raising Joe. Fatherly and caring. I like the idea of adding a bit of sad, retro, tragedy to his death in NA as people would see that he had a whole different side. The movie would include a central bad guy for everyone to go up against. I was thinking Charlie Hunnam as the new JOE and Idris Elba as the new JACKSON!😃 Freaking perfect! Naomie Harris would return as well as a brief cameo by Europol agent Ryan Maslow (Ben Miles) plus new supporting characters.
@seyronabbott6001
Жыл бұрын
AN could set up NA2 which wouldn't feature Joe, just cameos by supporting characters to help reinforce the shared aspect. Then NA2 would set up AN2 which like NA2 would just be Joe's movie with cameos. Then the 5th and final (?) Movie that reteams our Ninja Warriors, *THE NINJA WARRIORS* 😎
@seyronabbott6001
Жыл бұрын
It'd be cool if NA Director James McTeigue came back to steer the NA franchise with NA2 and I'd like to see Mortal Kombat Director Simon McQuoid jumpstart/steer our new AN franchise. Then I guess maybe a 3rd Director to give the 5th film, The Ninja Warriors, an even different, look?🤔
@seyronabbott6001
Жыл бұрын
I was personally IMPRESSED with Director Nicolaj Arcel's work on 2017's THE DARK TOWER and would reach out to see if he'd like to try his hand at Ninjas for THE NINJA WARRIORS. Since the whole Shared Universe would need steering and they were the producers of NA, the whole thing would be seated with The Wachowski's I suppose.
@seyronabbott6001
Жыл бұрын
🤔 For those keeping score, yes, 2009 was the year of The Ninja for some reason. Now, while 2009's NINJA with then newcomer, Scott Adkins, wasn't quite as taught and focused as NA IMHO, it was still a highly entertaining entry in to the genre none the less. So therefore, what if Scott Adkins' "CASEY" from the NINJA franchise (2009, 2013) were to make a cameo/supporting entrance in NA2??😃 Officially meeting Raizo! Then he could come back for TNW!!😎 LOVE the idea of extending our Ninjaverse lore by 2 more films that have already been delivered.
@seyronabbott6001
Жыл бұрын
Whew! This could be such a fun project! Could try and attract a couple of legendary A-listers to bolster the support. Maybe even one of those A-listers as the series antagonist! And by the way, as a long time gamer going back to the Atari 2600, yes, I am quite aware that a sacredly held game franchise (and one of my favorites) already carries the title of *THE NINJA WARRIORS* (big shout-out to Taito/Natsume) How about we drop the *THE* ? *NINJA WARRIORS* 😎

Fun fact: The ninja that attacks Joe on the truck is played by Kane Hodder.

@@tempestates13 yes I’m sure, I met him back in March and he told me that himself. He was a stuntman for that movie. Not only did he sign my BD copy of American Ninja 2, he also gave me a free autograph picture of him.
SORRY TO SAY NUMBER 1 is the best!! Best ninja movie besides enter the dragon, in my eyes and my experiences. I’ve been watching these movies for 30 years. Still remember going to “blockbuster” to rent them and see them on VHS. TIME WARP!!! 😂😂
Ранее в 90-е все это смотрелось правдоподобнее...а сейчас -"индийское кино"!)

I remember not being quite sure of Toto's gender when I would watch this as a kid in the late 80's and early 90's. I realize that I'm still not sure as I'm watching this scene now. No need to respond negatively, I'm not saying this to be provocative at all. I'm truly unaware and am hesitant to make an assumption, especially in this day and age.
Nice movie ✌🇧🇷🇺🇸
"Pagein the American Ninja,we need the American Ninja please."😁
Dudikoff vs Van Damme in the expendables would of been great
I know they got the idea for Raiden, and Shang Tsung from big trouble in little China for mortal kombat, but does anyone know is Ed Boon got the idea for Scorpion, and Sub Zero from American Ninja, because their uniforms look a lot like the uniforms from American Ninja.

Soundtrack please
