I did meet Stevie a few years ago and I didn't faint. I think I'm glad I met her know in my 50's than in my 20's or even 30's ... I would have done a Misty and fainted.

I dunno about fainting... but I would give an audible *GULP* at the sight of her. Far as I'M concerned, she IS the Supreme. Or ought to have been. I mean, she ALWAYS comes when things are about to go to crap, she inspires the Coven to rally together and pull through... I think being a Supreme is ONE thing... but being the coven leader? Ohh... that us an entirely DIFFERENT issue now isn't it? Stevie is the Coven's motivating force. Fiona and Cordelia? They just were the rule makers, the strategists. But STEVIE... now that woman is like... well, she reminds me of T'Pau of Vulcan from Star Trek. The ONLY person who ever REFUSED to sit on the high council... but she became known as "all of Vulcan rolled into one package". From a spiritual and motivational standpoint... NOTHING happened without T'Pau's tacit approval. Heads of STATE would bow to her. And like Stevie... T'Pau would never exert influence. She just exuded it.

Imagine being able to just casually say “I’m Stevie Nicks” and it be the truth

The creators of AHS obviously have major respect for Stevie Nicks, her inclusion in the show might be confusing to some but tbh as a long time Stevie nicks fan I'm so impressed and delighted that this was even a thing in the amazing world of AHS

Same here. I was hoping that Misty would be the next Supreme, but deep down inside I knew I was just fooling myself. I felt relieved when Cordelia got the title, not Zoe. No hate on Zoe, but it would have been extremely biased if they had made her the next Supreme. Imagine Misty forever being in hell always gets me....

she’s the singer for Fleetwood Mac and an excellent singer at that, I was never that into FM but seeing her in this and hearing Edge of Seventeen in School of Rock as a kid made me realize how great of a singer she is, Edge of Seventeen is still on repeat in my Spotify playlist, the chugging guitar riff throughout is badass and she did amazing in that song, I’m not even a hardcore fan of her but she’s got some major talent and she’s one of my favorite female singers, especially for more rock music

Lily's heart eyes, though! I'd be just as starstruck in her shoes.

In an interview Lily Rabe said that in real life she is a huge Stevie Nicks fan and that she was almost as nervous to meet her as Misty was.

I swear she does. I have a few very painful medical issues and when I’m really struggling and having a very painful day, if I listen to her, it always makes me feel a bit better. It’s something about her voice and the way she hits certain notes. Magic.

Can't say a blame, Misty! I meet Stevie Nicks at the Honda center. I was working the show as event security and was just as mesmerized, if not more. She was a darling and gave me a hug. So memorable!!! ❤❤❤

She was too soft to become the supreme. There was no doubt she would've pass all the other wonders that did not require any mental strength, but Descensum requires the most emotional strength which was Misty's greatest weakness.

Mysterious and Flawless, in so many ways....

I just love Stevie Nicks . She always been one of my favorite singers of all time.

For me the best scene from the entire series for many many reasons... so well done, so perfectly awkward (Misty's "i know everything about you Stevie") made me both giggle and cringe! Thought the acting was SO STRONG in Coven by all!

Asylum is my favorite season but this was the best guest appearance.

Stevie still looked amazing in 2014! She still does too! I absolutely love this episode with her in it! But I wish she had been in it more 😢

Not only is Stevie a KWEEN and one of the most amazing singers, but is more beautiful at 71 than most women ever are, besides she doesn't age!

It actually wasn’t written by any of the members of Fleetwood Mac, it was written by Sandy Stewart who is a frequent collaborator of Stevie’s.

Im Happy that Misty at least was able to be in the presence of her idol before she died

I think this is the sweetest thing in any of the American Horror Story series even though Jessica Lange's characters quite Bitchie even though we love her I think this is one of the sweetest things that she could ever do besides when Cordelia first got blind and how her mother reacted how she wanted to take care of her and how she felt bad for her daughter even though she was a bad mother

Misty Day makes me wanna be friends with her, but Sister Mary Eunice scares the shit out of me. What an amazing actress Lily Rabe.

I know exactly how Misty feels. I would faint if I met Stevie Nicks face to face. Luckily, I was very fortunate to see Stevie twice, the 1st was back in 2014 with Fleetwood Mac On With The Show tour, and the 2nd was her 24 Karat Gold tour on December 11, 2016.

This was my favorite episode simply for this Lily's reaction and this scene.

one of the PERFECT Moments of ALL of AHS so far... if the witchs ever come back they need to bring Stevie back to as she is the white witch
