Bulgogi is marinated beef. Mr. Dave is their Headmaster/Principal. He has a great rapport with the kids, and is Josh and Ollie's friend from college.

Danjjan danjjan is sweet-salty combo kind of similar to how we have like kettle corn you have the sweetness with a touch of salt or like a salted caramel candy. That sweet-salty flavor combination is a really big thing in Korea.

To answer your question about bread.. not sure about other continents but here in Asia, especially South East Asia (I’m Malaysian + Filipino), bread has become a staple in our homes and were introduced through colonialism.. Malaysia was once colonized by British and Philippines by the Spanish and Americans
