The car could easily pivot to be level with the ground. They wouldn't use a conventional cable system I wouldn't think.

Am I the only one who likes The Torch's design? Yeah, it's unique and doesn't really fit the surroundings, but so did the Eiffel Tower and the original WTC. They were both hated when first built, but eventually found themselves as beloved landmarks of Paris and NYC respectively.

But the original twin towers were beefy they weren’t skinny they intimidated with that height and with. Looks like going skinny is the trend and they will fall flat on their faces when something big happens and these buildings aren’t able to withstand it. If the twin towers were taken out and they were beefy and strong what makes them think these puny structures will do any better. These architects need to keep in mind that NYC is and always will be a target so you can’t mess around with buildings these puny skinny structures with that height they are literally ticking time bombs

Does anyone know if there are laws having exterior balconies or porches at a certain height? I've noticed a lot of these super tall skyscrapers don't appear to have any outdoor access at or even near the top. I've always wanted to see what it would be like to stay at the very top of a super tall skyscraper that would even be as tall or taller than some business skyscrapers and actually be able to walk outside on a balcony that high up. I would love to see what it's like to be thousands of feet high up on a skyscraper but actually be outside. Are there laws against that because of wind or something? Why do so many of these super tall skyscrapers seem to have no outdoor access aside from at the bottom?

I have a possible suggestion regarding 2 wtc, considering the times and work from home attitude why not make 2 wtc into condos/hotel? It incorporates the idea of the old 3 wtc being a hotel and also having condos and maybe some office space, and maybe toward the top you can have a restaurant for the tenants or hotel guests to eat at just like windows on the world

Despite the fact it would obviously be illegal, it would attract pilots to fly through it for Tik Tok videos and thus make it more prone for a plane to accidentally crash into it.

I hope it never gets built for 1. It would take the chances of the tallest building in ameirca away from being in OKC, but also because it looks so incredible, if you find the legends tower to be ugly, you must think this is straight out of uglyville. Because atleast the legends tower atleast has a visually appealing design, this doesn’t

@@tornadokegan exactly, OKC has the most potential out of any US city, idk why people hate on it when it tries to use that potential. The legends tower will push its growth and tourism drastically and lead to more buildings being built next to it for easy recognition. If it’s anywhere as impact as the berj khalifa which tripled Dubais growth rate from 300-900k every decade, than OKC will go from 90k-270k and will reach a population of a million in just 10 years
