sir if a person has to give a registration exam of health care related field on which visa category should he apply?

In F3 category, the petitioner has not been in the USA for a long time, about 10 years. Currently he is in USA. He had no tax file and no income. But the co-sponsor has all the papers. Now, when filling up DS-260, what documents should Petitioner submit instead of tax return / proof of income? Or do last year's tax return now even though he was not in USA last year. what will the alternative do?

No doubt he is one of the intellectual and intelligent Attorney in immigration cases. He is person who helped me during my non-immigrant status change (i-539). He helped to maintain even Indians community families and I am testifies him that no body is best in immigration cases except Mr Kamran Makdoom. Assalam Alaikum Thanks a lot for interviewing Mr Makhdom who spoke great and superb , I'm working as a travel agent in Pakistan many of Pakistani asks for US but we don't have any way to help them out because they never give visa on fresh passport , Dear Brother kindly share his office contacts numbers it would help us.

Masha Allah very niece person and deliver the knowledge very decent way to understand the new people and encouraged the right way for help to apply immigration.

My sister filed an F4-siblings immigration petition and I got my approval letter in 2019. However, in 2020, I got divorced and now I'm a single parent of 3 kids (aged 24, 22 and 18). Very informative interview Sir Kamran elaborated all the questions very beautifully and peacefully never heard a person before like kamran sb

This gentleman is smart. Had he accepted that he faced discrimination there would have been 2 personal losses for him: 1- You would have asked, and we would've learned about the incident. 2- His clients would have wondered, if he wasn't able to protect himself, how will he protect them. Moral of the story: Don't believe the fairytales. Read the news and learn the truth yourself.

Umm he did say that he was lucky to not have faced any situation. It was a good answer. Not all will have same end results or outcomes. I have been in Canada for 25 yrs and have not faced any racism, however, others have.

I have been in America for 49 years.I still enjoy ur video.There is so much to learn. I traveled across USA and Canada on greyhound bus alongwoth my marhoom dad.Everything is coming back to me in terms of memories. Came as student and how I struggle 15 years to get green card.Thought life would get easy.Its one hurdle after other. Jeena isika naam hei dost.Lawyer is very professional, down to earth and honest.
