Brea Fecteau I've also done a course in skin care. Lol look it up. We aren't talking specifically primer we are talking makeup as a whole. Modern makeup does not mess up your skin - older makeup did when they were less advanced in technology. They've now adapted makeup to be good for the skin, some better than others. Some even have skincare benefits. It clogs your pores if you leave your makeup on overnight. Primer actually prevents makeup from clogging pores as it creates a barrier between the skin.

Umm...they didn't do either. They lighted bother their hair pretty drastically and they definitely straitened they hair with a iron. I have the same hair as the first girl, and you can not get that hair without some major effort and interference.

Why are so people attacking this idea? The girls wanted to look different from their usual look. They're happy. They got free clothes and makeup... like... why are you guys hating so hard?

I was made over on the today show several years ago and it was kind of a scam. They had me use a makeup remover that irritated my skin, then they took the “before” picture when I was all red and rashy. Then a makeup artist spent hours doing my makeup and none of the products that she used were the ones that she was there selling. It was crazy. Then at the end they invited all of us to join them for the Easter dinner that they had made earlier in the show ( we were so hungry we enthusiastically said yes) but as soon as the cameras quit rolling we were hurried out by security 😂

Came to change my username - can't think of one. The heels are high of course u can tell by the way she is walking. I wonder if the bottoms of her heels are slick feeling though. I used to wear heels that high, and I had a pair that I had to walk that way in them because they were slick and slick as can be when I walked. She looked great though. But she looked great before 💓

i feel like half the people didn't watch till the second half of the video where the mom transforms... she seriously became a new person. just her entire image and aura was different. i loved the haircut they gave her.

The hair stylist did a wonderful job on both ladies. Their hair looked great after.

The thing that gets me is that they do these makeovers and most of the time they dont teach the person how to maintain the new look. They dont take them shopping to show them what looks good. They dont take them through the styling process for their hair so they can do it every day and they dont teach the people how to apply the makeup correctly or show them multiple styles of makeup. They just rush them through this style change and send them on their way. And before you know it, they look exactly like they did before the make over even happened.

I feel like they made a point to reiterate that the second woman was not thin. Hair length for the proportions of the body...dressing her in a black tarp? It looked like they were trying to hide her. She is beautiful and they didn't do her justice.

The best part of this video is how they made over their hair. Really complimented their bodies and face. It wont matter want they do with make up. Both women are naturally beautiful.

The mom is sooo cute. She’s such a cute woman. Love the haircut on her, shows off her face more.

For everyone complaining... Maybe these women wanted makeovers. They're not doing it by force you know. And maybe some girls want to put on makeup to feel pretty. Stop complaining, geez. These women look happy with the outcomes.

WOW! Both took my breath away. A pre-med student could end up dressing like that as a doctor. My lovely doctor does, 4" heels & all. The Mom/post partnum nurse looks fabulous. Know li lifted her spirits how her guys reacted. Her patients will be encouraged by the new her as well.

The first girl is naturally good looking, besides a few zits and frizzy hair, she can easily look good without trying.

Who picked out these clothes? The outfits made both of them look really old and stuck up. I mean, the hair and make up was nice, but the clothes really didn't work...

I loved the second person's "before" look with rosy cheeks and a long, voluminous mane, but the team is obsessed with flat ironing everyone's hair.

I don't wear makeup and I wear my hair down all the time, my family says I look ugly. But a lot of my friends think I look pretty. I honestly don't care what people think of me, as long as I'm comfortable in my own skin, and this poor girl looks so uncomfortable.

Why is everyone who commented on this so dam negative? Both these women were beautiful natural but these makeovers extenuated their already banging assets. Absolutely stunning.

Omgosh!!!! Both look absolutely gorgeous!!!! Mom went from average to stunning!!!! Her hair was too long I think, and I love long hair, but this new lighter layered style is knock out beautiful!! She has SUCH a pretty face and cute smile! I hope she keeps this look, she looks 15 years younger! I like that they kept the first girl''s length and gave her long side swept bangs. Looked really pretty imo. I'd get bangs like that but my hair probably wouldn't cooperate. No, I don't agree. It is up to the make over people to be sure that there is no lipstick on their teeth. I think both of them are self-conscious about the lipstick because neither of them are accustomed to wearing it. I hate lipstick and have never worn it.

I went to middle school with Libby. Crazy to see her transformation but she's always been gorgeous

It's not about making someone appear beautiful but about making someone FEEL beautiful. A makeover can do just that sometimes! It brings out the confidence that some (not all) are lacking. It's a great thing and I would love to experience it!

Just wish that makeovers could be done while keeping their personal style. They were both casual wear/sportswear chicks. No need to gild every lily.

+Kat Deluxy While that may be true, it's not something you say towards someone who's possibly in love? And you don't date someone with the idea "Oh I'm probably not gonna marry him anyway", unless that's a new rule that I'm missing out on.

Another makeover show "improving" people's looks by straightening their curls. Her hair was pretty naturally. I'm all for changing your looks up every now and then but it's offensive that the overall message from these shows is that straight hair is beautiful, modern, and polished and curly hair is not.

dianne Scully that's really dumb. your comment is the perfect example of how people are over sensitive these days. the moms and girl had unruly curly hair that was messy, messy is not exactly pretty, they have to tame it and for some people they do curls but for the women straight hair looked better.

The irony when you call me "dumb" and "over sensitive" and then proceed to tell me what was sensitive to you about my comment. I don't find their hair "messy" and even if someone's hair is, they don't "have to tame it." People can do what they want...as I said in my original comment...if they are happy with straitening their hair, I am happy for them. My issue is that every make-over show I've seen straightens people with curly hair's hair and I find it offensive. You have a differing opinion. Congrats. That doesn't make you dumb. Just different. Have some respect for yourself in the way you speak to people.

dianne Scully Na, I see way to many people getting mad and grumpy about stupid little things, and yea I'll admit it makes me angry, because there is so much more issues to worry about then wether her hair is pretty straight or waves. My opinion is people should not look like hobos (not saying she looks like one), everyone should freshen up, wear clean clothes, makeup or none, if you look clean you'll be fine. It's like me saying it's stupid they always force girls to be feminine by wearing dress while I hate dresses. And that they are trying to force dresses on girls. Sure it's upsetting But nothing that the whole comment section argues.

Because it's part of the larger problem - it's another form of telling people that they aren't okay the way they are and should change themselves to be what society says is beautiful. People have different hair textures the way they have different skin color and eye color. One isn't any better than the other.

dianne Scully, I agree with you but I also think people can "fix appearance" with just combing or pulling it back. Or a nice trim. My moms hair is super curly but she pulls it away from her face so she doesn't look hidden in a mountain of hair, or she curls it

loved the makeup but her skin was glowing and beautiful before it too, she was just an overall beautiful person

I hate these makeovers cuz it makes them think that they weren't beautiful before

That one kid was dumbfounded by his mother lol.

Looks like he used the exact blonde shade on both of them.

The youngest son, was so happy she's got a couple mama boys and a happy hubby

The look on the husband's face was priceless

second one looked like a Kylo Ren cosplay outfit 😂😂

I think their make-up was done by the local undertaker.

I'm dead at the white boy at 3:20 saying that his mom really needs it LMAO so blunt he's not about that sugar coating lifestyle he serves it cold on the plate no nonsense

They both look so lovely after their make-overs. I wish I could get one! Although at 68 i don't think it would work.....lol Great job guys!!!!

Megan if you aren't used to wearing lipstick it feels weird on your lips, so you make weir mouth movements a lot.

Libby looks like a model but then again, she looked like one before the makeover too!

Both look beautiful. They both have beautiful hair and their new cuts and colors look amazing.
