Can you imagine in this day & age, to having that many people together of all ages, race/color and it would be nothing but Peace, Love, and Great Music?????? I just put that as #1 on my Bucket List!

I guess I was wearing my "Rose-Colored-Glasses" thinking of all those people together with nothing but peace & love in their hearts for each other. Utopia!!!!!

Anyone else think David Pack is one of the Top 2 or 3 most underrated vocalists ever? He's phenomenal- despite being completely deaf in one ear. And it wasn't all David, obviously. What a tight, soulful, talented unit that made up Ambrosia. Have LOVED these guys many decades now. Such a cut above the rest they are.

I’m crying now. When I was teenager in the 70’s and my boyfriend and I broke up ambrosia was the band that was big at the time. I thought I would never find love again. 16 years old and you thought that life was over with during breakup’s. NOT TRUE! I have been married to the actual love of my life for almost 37! Years. Great memories of my sadness though, brought me back to my teen years. THANK YOU

The most sonically GORGEOUS song they ever did in my humble opinion. I've loved it since I was 10 years old when it played on the radio CONSTANTLY. It's so great watching how much musical territory you cover Jamal! The organ on this song is so freaking wonderful & adds so much texture & then the atonal vocal arrangements on the chorus, and then the languid, but jangly guitars, the crying violin & that fantastic bass line & that VOCAL! I mean, it is just such an underrated song & Jamal, YOU are bringing it back to the love it deserves! Bizarrely enough, I'm a musician who used to be in Punk/Thrash bands & then jazz, but even someone like me loves Ambrosia. They had groove & the feels like crazy.

It’s simply art. A masterpiece of writing, composition, voice and instrumentation. Freddie Piro was the producer, Alan Parsons the engineer. David Pack, lead vocal and lead guitar... was indeed talking about a connection with his god. He’s now a pastor/Christian group leader in Cali. David & Joe’s voices are perfect together.

RadiumDragon ambrosia was really 2 bands... this album and the next - “Somewhere I’ve Never Travelled” were more progressive in their approach. Off this album, “Nice, Nice, Very Nice” is great, and I really like “Make Us All Aware” & Bassist Joe Puerta’ s vocal spotlight called “Drink of Water”. Off the 2nd album, “Can’t Let a Woman Like You” & the ephemeral “Running Away” are also brilliant. Their 3rd album was a transition to the really poppy material. Called “Life Beyond LA” has one of my favorite songs, “Ready for Camarillo”. Saw them back in the day when they toured with a full orchestra - unbelievable!

Dave Pack the lead singer is one of the finest musicians of any generation. He's still out there and sounds as great as ever. The difference you hear comes from musicians who were at the top of their game and a sound team that knew how to layer music in a way that is unfortunately mostly lost. I was so fortunate to see Ambrosia live twice and their talent is totally real, untouched, authentic.

The entire song is truly a musical gem, but I can't help to deeply feel the soul and cry of those guitar solos. There are amazing heartfelt guitar solos in this world, then there are these solos sent from celestial beings not from this earth that just reach you in a way you can't describe. Take a listen again if you don't feel what I'm talking about and absorb those intricate notes of emotion, then let me know if I'm on the right track!

You are bringing old music to new audiences, providing a musical journey into the past greatness music offered, and allowing us to let Artists know we've not forgotten them. I love that you listen on ALL levels, the lyrics, the instruments and the meanings. THAT'S why your show is a daily MUST! That's why Artists are taking notice. The harmonies were simply amazing back then too, makes me homesick for those days.
