It's not often you see the type of chemistry they had on screen, it never felt forced. A really beautiful story. God I love a well done romantic movie/show.

@@EmilyFitzGeraldYT Me too, while I like the 2011 movie, Anne Hathaway felt too glamorous for the mousy, buttoned up way Emma is described in the novel. Ambika Mod is more down to earth by comparison.

@@trinaq I’ve never seen the 2011 movie, but I almost don’t want to. The chemistry between these actors was incredible. It was so fun watching them.

@@EmilyFitzGeraldYT I don't blame you, Leo and Ambika embody Dexter and Emma so perfectly, that it's impossible to imagine anyone else in their roles. Even though I already knew the ending, I was still a blubbering wreck by the end of the miniseries. 😭💔

I keep waiting for interviews because we didn’t get enough happy scenes in show 😭 they’re so great I ended up liking the show better than book and infinitely better than movie.
