Haha well it helps that we don't own a "real" camera. Though we travel with a lot of gear, they're all quite small and compact, like iPhones, GoPros, point and shoot camera, etc.

This has to be the first video I've seen with some real practical travel items. Your family is awesome and my 3-year-old loves watching your girls play in the kid's clubs. Thanks for sharing. Safe and fun Travels

Yesss! Those are two of my fave products too! Especially the electronics organizer - it's such a lifesaver when it comes to organizing those countless tiny little cables and adapters and batteries.

Yessss! Gotta be prepared for the worst case scenarios lol. Though I have to admit we've only had to use the Imodium like once. But still, it always comes with us cause you just never know.

These are some great must-haves and tips overall. While it is a wonderful thing to pack light - sometimes that is just impossible. Especially when you have children you need to be prepared. You don't want to be scrambling for some of the first-aid items when you desperately need them, or wasting time on your vacation shopping for toiletry items you could have purchased at home. One item I consider putting on my travel inventory is powdered Gatorade. A rehydration salt was reccommended when I traveled to Egypt, in case you had stomach issues and became dehydrated. Well - guess what, a few days in and I was already telling my wife to pick a nice tomb for me in the Valley of the Kings - as my insides were just not right. The rehydration salt packets were so nasty, they had the opposite effect - we'll leave it at that. It wasn't easy to find Powerade, Gatordade or equivilent on that particular trip. We did find some eventually. Thereafter - any really exotic destinations we'll pack some powdered Gatorade from home.... just in case.

I have the same blue converter and a multiple USB charger like yours. I keep it plugged in behind the sofa and have 10’ cords to use my iPad and iPhone there. Plus, 10-12’ cords are great around hotel rooms where the plug is too far from the bed when you want to use your iPad or iPhone while they’re charging.

Ha! My husband swears he doesn't need sunblock too! Very helpful video.

Actually everything we bring is really compact! So it all fits easily. And packing cubes are key when it comes to packing clothes, so def check out that video if you haven't seen it yet!

I can back you guys up on the Shacke Pack packing cubes- I went on a cruise for the first time last year- and I was going with a cruise connoisseur- she told me to get packing cubes- & i got a pack of those & another brand- and as I type (sitting at home)- I’m STILL using them to organize my clothes- and I use the laundry bag bc it’s easier than using a giant plastic laundry basket- thanks for reminding me, bc I need to order another set or 2.. they really hold up well. I especially like the mesh parts on them bc they allow my clothes to “breathe”- which you wouldn’t think is important- but ive washed & dried & folded clothes & then stored them in a container & I open it months later waiting to smell the fresh laundry scent & ive learned by experience that if there’s no air holes in the container- somehow, sometimes, your linens or clothes will end up smelling like you went camping in the mud & just tossed them in the storage bins without washing them. Don’t ask me how- I’m sure there’s some science behind it- just trust me- the Shacke Packs w the mesh are legit. And, I’m sorry but I’m gonna have to 1 million percent back up hubby on this one- gas ex is a must! I have no shame- I’ll stock up on that when I find it on sale. Thank you for the suggestions & all of these videos! I literally just came across one of your videos today & kept watching the channel after that- your family is beautiful! I hope you guys have safe & super great travel experiences! I’m hooked- I’ve subscribed, notifications and all. Lol. Thanks again! Sorry for the novel-length comment!

OMG I was going to say the same about Kamau. He does not or did not believe in using sunscreen! Haha. We used the CeraVe one but we have to mix it with regular lotion to not look like Powder.

Lol yeah the white cast is such an issue. Asian sunscreens tend to be much better as far as that goes. I've also heard amazing things about the brand Black Girl Sunscreen!

I found a neutrogena sunscreen solid stick similar to a deodorant

Haha I have to say that we're not particularly sensitive when it comes to gut/digestion stuff, so even though we bring this medication with us on every trip, we rarely have to use it. (Maybe except for the Gas-X haha - Serge probably ends up using that about 50% of the time)

I have traveled with gas x and Imodium with my family making fun of me but guess who has them when they need it?! Moi. 💁🏾‍♀️ My tip though would be to add an allergy pill (that's not benadryl). I learned that the hard way.

@@TopFlightFamily Claritin is the best. Amazon has one similar called Goodsense that is more affordable and the off brand of Claritin.

The travel gas is real! It expands in the air and makes you more uncomfortable.

Unfortunately that's how I learned. I went to Cancun in August and got bad heat rash. I started using sunscreen after that. Lesson learned, I'm no fool!!
