I wish you had shown the installation process and it would have answered the questions I am about to ask. haha First... Did you hook yours to an electrical box or a ceiling joist? The bracket they supplied me will not hook to an electrical box as it is too spread apart of the screws. What did you do? Second question is the light kit. Does the screws for the bulb guard hold the actual light to the motor as I don't see any other way it is held up there. I assumed the post going from the actual lights would screw or be attached with a screw but it appears it floats and is held in place with the wire rack. Is that correct?

The light comes on with the switch, but the fan comes on with the remote.

Looks great. I am considering purchasing for bedroom. I am wondering how to clean the blades and how often it gets dirty. I do have high ceilings , so concern about the cleaning. If you get a chance, can let me know how often these blades get dirty and show how to clean.

Depends how dusty the house is..lol They get dusty like any other fan, it's not that hard to clean.

Hi! I was so happy to find your video. My son and I ordered this fan and were so confused by the instructions. Happy to report its installed and functioning. We have one question as far as canopy. Our’s didn’t come with the decorative canopy cover? Is that important? Any helpful hints for canopy? Does it screw somehow and I’m just not seeing it?

Yes I can turn the fan on with out the lights coming on. You might have something wired incorrectly.

I just purchased and received it. I just put it together and I will install it tomorrow because it’s getting late right now and I’m installing it on my hallway to move the heat in that area

Can u tell me if you ever found how to turn the fan off completely? I just installed mines and cant get the lights on by itself, the fan always comes on.

Sounds like there might be a crossed wire. I can turn the fan on and off with no lights.

I bought this. I love the look, but it has a terrible wobble on high speed . Installer (a very competent pro.) feels that this is because of the ball and socket mount. Have you had this experience?

Mine did the same thing and I fixed it somehow...forget what the heck I did. I would go back through the instructions and make sure everything is tight and fastened the way it should be.

I install the fan (fan In the video looks exactly like like mine) After almost a year the fan gave up. No power going to the fan. Neither the fan nor the lights is working anymore. There is power through the switch. It's just the unit itself. Anybody knows which part should I replace?

Why they dont turn this blade to V22 Osprey rotor ??? It will go faster at level cruise which needs shorter length of rotor blade, i think.

All fans that don’t have a remote work with dimmers. But Only use a fan grade dimmer. DONT use a light dimmer! Cause It will make your fan Hum or even damage the motor!. Hope this helps!.

If the blades on your ceiling fan are clicking then it might be off balance. Made use the base isn't tilted.

Shame didnt record how you wired it in. That's the confusing part of the whole instruction 😄. Just got mine today but has wall switch kind not a remote.

They retract inward and rest on top of the fan when it is off.
