Agar app contract basis m join hua hai to apka performance and the company recruitment k hisab se extension ata hai... And for promotion you have to be a permanent employee first and have to work 1 year as a permanent employee then you can get the access for the promotion test

Is it different for VCS? In Sps night shift allowance is 225 inr. And afternoon shift allowance is 150 inr. 3pm to 6pm shift are eligible for ASA. 6pm onwards it's NSA.

Bro if you are working in tcs then dont leave... It is very hard to jiin tcs and when u will have exp. U will get good salary

@@mouni_k training timings depend upon the process to process usually it’s day time but I saw many batches like for example North America batch get their training in night time

I got my offer letter for vcs I applied at 26 July and I got it yesterday but it's a long process time but easy to get a job on amazon
