Have given this test in January and now onboarding process is going on 20th Feb will be my Day 1 at Amazon. Everything from the assessment to interview to onboarding background checks n all was very smooth in which HR was really very helpful throughout the process. I received my system and joining kit within 3 days after background checks.

If interview was good enough tum select ho chuke ho 2-3 din me HR se call ayega uske baad letter of intent milega jiske acceptance ke bad background check ke liye document upload krna hai wo 3-4 din me ho jaye toh 2-3 din me system ayega aur link share krenge jaha documents upload krne hai aur contract sign krna hoga usme. Be positive tumhara test score accha tha isliye tumhara interview schedule hua aur selection bhi hoga.

My friends are working here since 2 yrs they have been working for different processes till now but one thing all of them shared is common that " Amazon is the best organisation for Employees".

Don't worry. If the position is still open you'll get a mail requesting you to accept invitation for an interview on or around 7th day (in most cases) from the day you appeared for assessment tests. I gave test on 22nd jan, got the mail finally on 29th January.

@@RahulSingh-yq7de just general information about you First they ask about yourself. Mention your whole background so far, from education or work experience and all. Then they might ask you about a problem that you encountered in your job (if you are experienced) and how you solved it. Then you'll be asked about your future plans mainly longterm amd short-term goals. Remember, you gotta sound confident and casual and relaxed. You should not sound as if you've rehearsed everything and just parroting out statements, byheart. They're testing your communication skills and ability to handle situations. So be confident in your behavior and mannerisms. Make sure you're chime is working fine. Mine wasn't working. So i came online via the web app instead. Lost 15 mins there only. So my interviewer squeezed my interview within 12 mins. Kept it short. So i lost my train of thought but i stayed focussed enough to give answers to the point. All the best!

@@mahirsingh2534 when you submit your documents and once your background verification starts, don't they send you a mail "Welcome to Amazon. How to prepare for your first day!"? They mention 6 steps for you to do before you gotta join. You have to give your address for IT equipments to be delivered, upload bio, photo, apply for login name, etc. Did you get this mail yet?

@@mahirsingh2534 that's weird. Keep sending mails. You must've got a mail id for interview feedback, right? Do keep in touch with recruiter or this particular point of contact. Keep checking spam folders as well. The first day wala mail is important to get you started. Remember, they don't need us. We need them. So no harm in sending them mails for constant update. Or you can wait just a couple of days more and mail. But make sure they explicitly mention what's the current status update to you. All the best.

Too much information regarding the process.......i am a sps associate more than 1 year but it's on clause not to mention about the job tools ..... @@AbhishekMishra-rq4nxIf you're selected,you'll get a mail from HR to fill in the details and salary confirmation and date of joining within 5-7 days of your interview.. Once you accept the salary,then before 10-15 days of your date of joining, you'll receive a mail for background check where you'll fill in all details and submit documents also you'll get mail from embark where you'll have to upload personal details , select your system etc..that's pretty much about it (tip: please have patience sometimes it takes time to recieve background check mail after your selection mail )

I have done my interview for SPS Role Hyderabad Location on 3rd May. If I'm selected can I ask for VCC as HR told it's onsite role. But for the same role Amazon is giving WFH to other states.

And this was the mail- On behalf of Amazon, thank you for your interest in the VCC - West Bengal, WB Virtual Customer Service Associate - West Bengal, India position. But having a doubt, it was written as VCC, and also written as VCS. ITS A VCS ROLE NA?

i have given the interview last week of SPS on chime the interviewer ask me only 2 questions and i have given the answer quite good relating with amazon leadership principles but i got rejected i dnt know why because they dnt mention the reason ki kyu ni hua apka but mujhe lgrha hai may be ye reason ho i am from UP and the job posting is for bangalore WFH so they may give priority to their state student first.?

This is not the reason. I applied for Bangalore location, in the interview, interviewer specifically told me that I'll have to shift to Bangalore and asked whether I was comfortable to relocate to Bangalore or not. He asked the same question 3 times in an interview and I said yes. Later in google form I chose WFH. So, there might be some other reasons that we aren't aware of. Keep trying. 👍💪
