I love this video and it’s very useful as I also battle a lot of chronic illnesses that have declined over the past 5 years so anything to help make my life easier is definitely greatly received. I love that you are so open about your chronic illness and how it affects you I am a fellow fibro warrior too and I’m currently nearly 8 months pregnant 🤰 so I’m having such a tough time due to my chronic health conditions I have raynards badly to due to my Vasculitis I’m constantly cold 🥶 xx

Goood morning Sam, I wish I could use Epsom salts to have a soak in the bath, but I only have a wet room. I have just been told to use it in a foot soak, not tried it yet. You’re supposed to add it to your dish of water and soak for a minimum of 20/25 mins for effect. Maybe other subscribers can confirm if it works, or just give it a try. Have a great week x

Hi Kaye, hope it's ok to reply to you. I have Fibro and several other health issues, one is a skin condition so I have to be careful with items I use. Epsom Salts have been absolutely wonderful :-D I do have a bath, but often can't actually get in there, so I use a foot soak (I have two, one is a plug in with massage for your feet) the other is a simple bowl low and easy to use (I found bucket shapes too high and they dig in my calf, not good). The bowl is filled with warm (not hot) water and some epsom salts (you can get all sorts of scents, but I use the blue and white budget type ones from Cherryz). A little goes a very long way. A soak for around 5/10 mins is more than enough to leave your aching feet feeling soothed and less pained. Hope this works for you, best wishes. x
