    We tackled assembling the bike as a family project. kzread.infoUgkxzg0clhbtRf2gGxPkVETFKJJKGqdsorQu The package is heavy, but I have 2 teen boys that were able to move it. The written instructions were great- we didn't need to watch the videos, but it was good knowing that the option was there if we needed it. After we were able to get it set up, the boys each rode 3 miles and I rode 8 and the bike stayed quiet. The display is easy to reset, and you can put it on whichever setting you are using (time, distance, calories, etc). I will say that my butt is a little sore from the seat, but that could be because I haven't rode in a while. While it is comfortable for me, it was not comfortable with the seat position for my friend (could not move the seat back far enough and he slightly looked like a kid riding a tricycle that he had outgrown). He also said that the seat hurt his manly parts. We are going to look for a different seat that will be compatible with this bike for him.I did purchase the Wahoo Cadence sensor and strapped it to the crank of one of the pedals. This will sync with my Apple Watch, iPhone and will import data in to my Health app. Wahoo does have other sensors available other than cadence. I can also keep either my phone or my iPad on the display and they both feel pretty secure.

    Hey, just watched your video on "bike trainer" and I must say, I really appreciate the effort you put into explaining the features and benefits. As an e-bike user, I recently stumbled upon a new crowdfunding project by freebeat called the freebeat Morph 2-in-1 e-Bike. It's truly impressive how it combines indoor fitness and outdoor exploration. The fact that it can be charged in indoor mode is a game-changer. The brushless 750W motor, 80Nm torque, and top speed of 20mph are outstanding features for any e-bike enthusiast. I'm definitely considering supporting this project and can't wait to experience the Morph eBike's versatility and sustainable riding capabilities. Great content, keep up the good work!

    Hello, I know it has been a little while since you made this video but I am just seeing it. You face forward through the most important part of the video...getting the skewer through your wheel. Do you have an edited out parts focused on that or can you talk about if you needed to remove anything form your wheel?

  • @sumrandumguy7177
    @sumrandumguy71772 жыл бұрын

    wheel is wobbling a little bit and because of this (and the fact that it's a fat mountain tire), it's rubbing up against the side of the stand/thing (the black wheel looking things next to the roller)

    At least 9 out of 10 people on the planet ride with an improper seat height, knees out or awkwardly knees in (I don't even know how knees in pedaling is possible). The leg needs to be almost fully straight when the pedal is all the way down (unless you have one leg that's shorter than the other).

    I live on the fifth floor, and the walls aren't supper thick, I'm really hoping this won't be unusably loud and will let me keep my summer weight through winters, disgusting falls, and early springs.

  • @bengoh26
    @bengoh262 жыл бұрын

    Those four pieces of round black rubber ends touching the floor may be rotateable and offer different height adjustment to get the trainer level and firm on the ground. Mine of a different brand has those and you can rotate them, all five knobs around each piece are of different thickness actually. And it's better to run a mountain bike on a trainer using slick tires.

    It's so strange, I am struggling here to line up the wheel with the trainer, for some reason the trainer cinlinders is away from the skewer, I wonder if I have to lower legs of the trainer to make the cilinders meet the skewer of the wheel to the trainer, Is there I way I can lower the legs to see if it goes forward, there is no way to position the bike more to the back because the tire is supposed to be nudging the rear resistant metal, I even tried to put the tire on the top of the metal to see if I could position the skewer. Or wonder If could slide backward the metal to give me some room to attach the bike to trainer.

    What is the size of your bike wheels?

  • @tutsecret499

    @tutsecret499

    2 жыл бұрын

    @@redridingbikes It's a normal size, it's a treck touring bike. I figuered out to line up after several hours, I had to unscrew the yellow thing to push back the magnetic thing to give extra room to make the wheel hole skewer to the trainer cilinder, and I was able to attach the bike, but it totally contradicts the instructions of the guy on another video where it says to screw the yellow thing until it clicks. but something happened, when I pedal with my hands to see if the wheel spins, it does not spin, but if spin touching the wheel pushing with my hands it spins, and you see the magnetic thing moves too. So what went wrong? Also I tried to play with the resistance, the gear, still the pedal does not make the rear wheel spin. I will end up returning the trainer, if it's going to be that difficult, but I want to try the trainer first to see if it's noisy, and then I would return.
