Ingredients (Chiffon cake pan size: 15cm in diameter, 7cm in height)
Muffin Pans Available
3 egg yolks
40g sugar (A), a pinch of salt
60g milk
Cooking oil 30g (excluding olive oil)
Cake flour 70g (multipurpose flour can be used), Baking powder 2g
Matcha powder (green tea powder) 8g
8g cocoa powder, 10g milk
3 egg whites, 50g sugar (B)
TIP
Be sure to separate from the mold after cooling
If you remove it while it's hot, the cake turns off.
Muffin tin can be used (baking time: 20-25 minutes)

식용유대신 버터는 안되나요?

버터는 오일과 동양으로 대체 가능하시구요 중탕으로 온도는 따뜻하게 해주세요 이때 우유도 따뜻하게 같이 중탕해서 사용해주시면 됩니다😊
