My customer tolerans are less than 1mm, du you think this copier are that good? That copier plade was total chrap, or you keep too low rpm on lathe. Do you think a carbite do better job? Yes, i know, wood is one what makes you turnings look like chrap or if you dont need better turning. My wood came to be oak, and i'm not sure, do i turn all 250 pieses or do i find someone to turn project at cnc macine. What do you think? My first bigger project

less than 1 mm you're going to want CNC. Computer controlled lathe. And less than 1mm is a ridiculous tolerance for wood.

зря бьете так молотком, эти подшипники на такое не рассчитаны. И центр в зб лучше поменять.

Dude you take about 80x more time for roughing than necessary. Learn the technique and you don't need to comically speed up that footage.
