The only thing I would have done different would be to give the body a brand new paint job of the same color as when it was new.

Some pitting throughout the body. Would take tremendous work and body filler. Expensive. Got to know when to call it enough.

Amazing! I watched the original series as it was happening, and loved every minute. The fact that you didn't talk the whole time is commendable and the work you did is also. The fact that you started out with a complete car made things alot easier, instead of a pile of parts. You ended up with a very nice, drivable T that you can be very proud of. Thank You for doing it all on video...I really enjoyed it.
I own a 1924 Model T, almost 100 years old! It's in pieces and just needs to be put back together. I'm learning everything I can and preparing to put it back together this summer.
Just discovered your channel last night and have since watched all 18 episodes of this build. You've done a fantastic job!! Thanks for saving this piece of history and hopefully it will last another 100 years. Oh, and hopefully nobody in the distant future will turn this beautiful car into a ratrod......
I had completely forgotten what state this thing originally was in - you performed miracles!
Watching the series has been a pleasure.
Very impressive!!! The transformation, the varied skills displayed, and the very short "actual" elapsed time it took. You had a "vision" of the final outcome and didn't succumb to the temptation to "upgrade" along the way like so many of us do. Congrat's and enjoy !!! 👍👍👍
Wow you have come a long way with the Model T but the best bit is now you get to enjoy the rewards of your hard work well done 👍🏻

An absolute credit to you. Just starting a similar journey myself. Thankyou for your videos.
Watched this entire series. Couldn't get enough of it. Well done.
Very nice. You should be proud.
Nice job, but now that you made the interior look so good, the exterior deserves a paint job.

I think the exterior looks perfect the way it is. I like that it shows it’s age.

Enjoyed the video recap, nice to see the car done up as an every day usable driver, not over restored and sit in a garage for the rest of it's life. Well done. Cheers
I restore these car too. Love the video - Looks to be about a 1925 or so - I blast everything down to bare metal but the rust treatment does a nice job. Enjoy your T. It's great folks keep the T on the road.
She is proud now almost new again . She was a basket case when you got her and so much love you put in her. Awesome work..👍👍👍👍
Amazing how this young man possesses so many talents to master the restoration of all the different parts and systems. Amazing.
I just watched your Porsche resto. And now the ModelT. I like that you fix what needs fixing and preserve the life history of both vehicles. I know it probably drives some people crazy. A friend of mine found a one owner 1937 Gilera Saturno 500cc under a house . Luckily the owner did not sell it to him. All he wanted to do straight away was sandblast and powder coat.
Wow! You are amazing! Thanks for posting. Awesome rebuild.
Magnificent summary of excellent work. Walter, an exceptional helper. Congratulations.
Good job and wonderful result. I'm excited! Best regards from Germany 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
Absolutely fantastic work and dedication to this project. 👍🏻👍🏻
Neat seeing it recapped after watching the whole series. Thanks, and Woof to Walter.
Genius! And here I was wondering how I was going to squeeze this into one hour and you shaved off almost 53 minutes of that! And to think you said editing was new to you! Amazing.... simply amazing! For all those who see this "trailer".... they'll now want to go see the entire 18 segments in detail.... and to think, we thought that was in high speed! Great vid once again!!! You never cease to amaze Jared! Naples, FL USA
Beautiful work! 👍
Great skills Jarod.
Great recap I’m glad you posted this.

I love the red wheels.
100% credit to you Jared. Awesome Mate. Billy J.... OZ - Land....
Thanks to your abilities, the journey against the flow of time is possible in 8 minutes from 2021 to 1923! Rebirth - a miracle that is documented on Y.T. for the whole World! ***
You have an insightful and strong memory. How can you find out where the screws have loosened and put them back? This video cannot be in 8 minutes, but at least one hour
U r multi-talented for sure, well done overall.
A thing of beauty.
Great job putting this car back together.

Really enjoyed the "forgotten T" series. Thanks. Not real big on the modern stuff. I'll check in now and again to see if you're working on any other/another pre war (WW2 or even WW1) 'motorcar' Really enjoyed the T restoration! You're very skilled and don't let 'Best be the enemy of Good'...Cool.
Nice recap! Now go have fun driving it.
Man I’ve always wanted to do this. I don’t have any mechanical knowledge though and live in an apartment. I bet that must of been the greatest feeling ever when you first got it to run
THANK YOU ---
splendide...
You are amazing.
Hey Jerod, if you ever experience a bit of rolling with your ebrake on, I highly recommend the cam sleeves (that most everyone sells) tightens it up just enough to get a pretty solid hold, or if needed in an emergency.
You are a brave guy, I would only fix old popular models because of the parts availability like old volkswagens and classic American cars
@jadedequeljoe3283
There are companies that make parts for model T’s and model A’s as well as old chevys and other mass production cars of yesteryear.
You ever lucky to find a car in such a good restorable state.
I really hope that old lady gets herself a fresh coat of black paint one day :-)
Hey! Don't you want to repaint or refinish the exterior? It was such a hard work doing the upholstery though!
great great great !!! how much I would like to just want to go with you. it's just awesome !!!

Thats love for something
Brilliant Jared great recap. That didn’t take long! Enjoy driving the T. Have you sorted the generator?

Me watching a 7 minute KZread video at 3Am: oh yeah that doesn’t look that hard I could do it
The second ride with Walter ? 😊 ciao !!!
Makes me wish i had the money to get one and the knowlage to work on it
Binge watched all episodes! was that a water pump where the horn is now?
@Jerod_Helt
Yes but they never came from the factory with a water pump. And they run cooler without it, so I removed it.
Such a perfect job, but, why you did not paint the outside of the car?

What's crazy is a model t is still easy to rebuild and find parts for 100 years after it was built .
what you are good you and walter
👍👍✌️
I have been following your rebuilding journey through just about every part of your videos. But I was wondering, why you seemed to have repaired and rebuilt just about everything on the car why didn’t you repaint the body and doors hood ect ? I was just curious The motor and interior and everything else looks so amazing. I’m assuming that maybe you wanted to retain some of the aesthetics of when it was made ? Either way it’s just so great and well done 👍 Just brilliant workmanship, something to be very proud of.

Can i have a ride please

@JNH Classics Nice progress, but NO, Never use clear coat!!! Now you’ll have to apply wax & sealer all the time to protect the “water based” 💩 clear coat from getting sunburnt.
Sorry and how did you get the model t
