It used to be a steel-belted tyre, now it's partly sewn with string. The steel belt is cut and weakened. If that tyre pops under Pressure, better not be near it. I admire what they're trying to do under the circumstances, but the result is outright dangerous. Anyone doing this in my country, NZ, would probably imprisoned for neglect.
@krunalpatel8182

Usually no steel belt anymore bro tyres are nowdays use nylone threads similer tyre guy use..Also side cuts fixed like this will not give much issue as they don't run as high speed( hardly go above 70Km/h) as we have in Aus/Nz they will use it in rear with one good tyre. We can afford this safety cause things we get here made at cheap( in china /india/asia)and fixing here cost us more..No one will do this kind of fix here as tyreguy will charge as much as new tyre cost..

This is what is called being intelligent with the existing conditions, with simple equipment capable of making extraordinary things, even mechanics in developed countries are not necessarily able to do this and usually just replace them with new ones. If someone said it was dangerous, logically there wouldn't be a workshop like this if tires popped frequently after being patched

We don't fix sidewalls because it isn't safe. It looks like they did as good of a job at "fixing" the tire as anyone possibly could but it's still weak in that spot. It's a shame to throw away things but if it isn't safe it's not worth it. I hope it works out for whoever ends up using that tire. In the US we do use a lot of re-treads where they put new tread on the tires using original sidewalls. Even those aren't very trustworthy. I've heard of them blowing and ripping 4 foot holes under the bunks of semi trucks. I've had a few blow out on me. One blew and got jammed in between the other tire and the frame of my truck and it almost took out the other tire. I had to drive it 15 miles to a shop and had to stop 3 times and dump water on it because it was smoking so bad. If I've learned anything in life you don't cheap out on tires or toothpaste.

Bon travail...good job👍

It is insane and dangerous!
Quite a talent there, great work!
I Would prefer to use a good casing and recap it ,,, but is very understanding that villages and ranches don't have the need for highways speed ,,Because otherwise that tire would desintrigate or come apart to pieces and make and accident on the road,.....from experience I said so....my friends...
There's nothing I can't do when I try to do something. You can't acquire technology like in a short period of time. It's a skill that has been skilled for a long time.Excellent. That's how they lead their lives
Brazil

Ótima aula de como fazer merda.
Please tell me they have brought this technology to Canada with them! Our roads will be so much safer to travel
You are amazing that's beautiful great job !
Nice job 👍
Nice done!! Great job 👏 👍
Good job ❤❤❤,, good skill amazing
Makes perfect sense in a third world country. Wouldn't be practical everywhere but you definitely must admire what can be achieved with hard work. Like watching a film from 80 or 90 years in the past.

Yeh whilst the people in power treat them even more disgracefully, Bet the high rankers dont go near these repair shops in their Rolls Royces. Seen it with my own eyes.
This is what theses guys do every day. That tire will be repaired and put back on a semi and used till it needs repairing again. Life in the developing world

O mundo nunca será o mesmo❗️ Abraço aqui do Brasil 🇧🇷
This is how they keep wheels going in MadMax 😤🚗🔥
Some hard working guys. Gotta be hard on their health I would think. Hope not for their sake. Hopefully that tire is used for slow speed . Still kinda cool to see how people come up with solutions to make things work.

Pewnie resztkami tych opon palą w piecach.
