I just missed a sale by one day back in November and that price was a little under 300. I ordered the extension kit too, so my price was approaching 450 plus shipping.

Thanks for your video. It makes me buy one S9. However I do not know why mine needs 12 passes to cut 4mm plywood at 300 mm/min and 100% power. You seem to cut way faster than me. Any idea of the reason why am I having poor performance? Thanks

Thank you for this informative video. I have been researching extensively, trying to find the best inexpensive laser for engraving very thin lines on cow bone. The same as scrimshaw. I have been having difficulty getting specific information on this. Please tell me, do you think this S9 can engrave clean lines in bone that are about .07mm wide and .07mm deep? Or can you recommend an alternative inexpensive system to achieve it? Thank you for any advice you can give.

Hola Mary, primero el laser apagado llévalo a la posición (0,0) de forma manual , conéctalo a la energía eléctrica y a la computadora, enciende el laser, y después abre el software de la computadora. En este momento, la posición en la que se encuentra el eje del láser es el origen (0,0)

У меня не получается даже 2мм фанеру отрезать.. Обугливается все вокруг, но насквозь не прорезает. Фокус выставил, мощность 90%, скорость 100мм... По логике должен был с одного захода прострелить, но нифига

Alri pal.. Some brilliant and much cheaper ideas there instaed of spending thousands on a CNC Laser.. I've already ordered my CNC Laser.. The SCULPFUN S9 laser which can allegedly cut up to 15mm thick plywood which is perfect for me but how long would the Laser last if u used it all the damn time for cutting wood that thick? I was looking at one from Vevor for 2.5k but I wouldn't spend it on that . I'm supposed to be spending my Xmas Hols off work building my very own home made CNC Router but that's kinda suffered while I build my 1st proper workbench. It's a sturdy bench but I'm torn on what to do with the TOP. I wanted to use 18mm OSB Board with 18mm MDF on top of that? What do u think? I also have enough to use 3 lots of 18mm MDF for the top if I wanted to. I want to get that solid work bench top so I think I might go with a top of 54mm thick. The last top I will screw down so I can change it when I need to,, What do u think bro? Is that over kill..??

I use the lightburn program (is not included), it is a paid program -costs around 50 €, but you can use the laserGRBL program, which is free . lasergrbl.com/ lightburnsoftware.com/

You should buy K40 CO2 laser machine for the first run if you wanna cut/engrave acrylic. So K40 the cheapest laser machine but you need some diy ventilation system and diy cooling system. Anyway use search 🔍 on KZread “K40 laser” and you’ll see. Be well 😇
